Detailed Report: Early Creative Plans For Wrestlemania 26

The Figure Four Weekly Newsletter has provided some new details concerning WWE's early plans for Wrestlemania 26. We have been reporting within the last several weeks that the creative team has several matches in the works, and the early plan is calling for The Undertaker vs Shawn Michaels, Chris Jericho vs Edge (assuming Edge is ready to return), Randy Orton vs Ted DiBiase and Triple H vs Sheamus for The WWE Title. Additionally, it's being rumored that the creative team is discussing some type of match between Vince McMahon and Bret Hart, and it would most likely be a street fight of sorts where Hart would not have to take any big bumps.
For those of course wondering how John Cena will be involved in WrestleMania, creative is pushing hard to get The Rock to return for a big match against Cena at the PPV, but that's probably not going to happen. The backup plan at this point is to have an inter-promotional match between Cena and Batista.

So how long is Cena's "I'm not losing a match until I get the WWE title back" going to last? Seems like it'll last for the whole year now. I figured Triple H and Sheamus would be for the belt because Triple H wants the spotlight. I'd definitely root for Sheamus in that match but we know Triple H won't put him over.

So Sheamus is going to have that belt for that long? UGH! Not looking forward to that. I hope HHH beats him.

I kinda like the idea of Sheamus being champ, because it's something we haven't seen before, I just wising he was feuding with another person that wasn't been champ before, so we can finally get some new matches, and who the fuck wants to see cena vs batista?!?!?!? That shit sounds like a bore fest to me, two horrible wrestlers doing the same three moves for a whole match, nah count me out!

Im not against someone new having the belt but how about someone more interesting? lol Sheamus just bores me. :/

Everything sounds ok except fuckin' HHH in the M.E. again and that lame ass Cena vs 'tista.

Though, it would be cool to see Edge vs Jericho at 'Mania, if he isn't ready then I hope he waits so that he doesn't stress the injury and either be out another 6months plus or forever.

The Rock isn't coming back to save Cena from mediocrity so this WM looks as bad as last year's. Michaels, Cripple H, and Blandy suck on every level imaginable so the marks better waste their little allowance on that garbage because at this point..Mania doesn't even look download worthy.

Supposedlly if the HHH/HBK match was going to occur, Michaels was going to be the heel this time.

With the push that Kofi has been receiving, I can see him winning MITB.

It'd be foolish to place the belt on Rey considering he needs to get that knee repaired... AGAIN! However, if he's willing to stick it out and he does become champion, then it could be possible for the MITB winner to cash in on the very same night.
