I think so, it'll be a HUGE turn of events (that I saw coming a mile away BTW) but it would also turn Teddy into the babyface with Orton being deemed the bad guy in this (depending how badly he and Cody beat Ted up)

That's a possibility. I hope Orton does turn face, he's been a heel forever - it's time for something new. They can still turn Ted face, I'd just prefer they do it after mania and, do something with him and Cody.
