According to PWTorch.com, Austin Watson has reportedly signed a developmental contract with World Wrestling Entertainment. Watson currently works on the independent circuit as Austin Creed, but is better known to wrestling fans when he worked as Consequences Creed in TNA.

Creed wrestled for TNA from October 21, 2007, until his subsequent release on March 29, 2010. During his tenure with TNA, he was a co-holder of the TNA World Tag Team Championship, teaming with "Black Machismo" Jay Lethal to defeat Beer Money Inc. to win the titles on January 8, 2009.

Earlier this month, Creed captured the East Coast Wrestling Association's annual Super 8 tournament. The victory put him back on the map after his release from TNA.

Creed currently works for the Platinum Championship Wrestling promotion, who also issued a statement regarding his signing.

This is a good signing for WWE, considering that Watson has considerable time in the ring and on television. He shouldn't be in developmental too long before he's called up to the main roster.

I loved him in TNA but I really dont think he'll do much in WWE....I mean look at Gail & Christian shifty

I hope something happens to him...but WWE already has Vance Archer from TNA and he isnt doing anything so i dont have much hope for Creed. Teary Eyed
