Micheal Cole is so phony and a PUNK!!!!

I really hate Michael Cole. I’ve tried giving him a chance too. On Smackdown he is tolerable because we are conditioned to feel that is the secondary WWE brand and he fits in there. But on RAW, the flagship show, no, please get someone else in there. The reason I hate him so much is because he’s phony. Cole has no personality what so ever and is an annoying play by play man, J.R. gave you something unique, and Cole does not. You could see Jim Ross had a persona, a presence about him. You could relate to him and he made the show enjoyable. J.R. made you feel like you were watching something special where Cole is just a goon. Jerry Lawler, Mick Foley, Tazz, Bradshaw, Joey Styles, hell even Todd Grisham all have a personality. But To be honest I really don't like Jim Ross either.

It's weird for me hearing his voice there because I didn't get to see Raw in late 98-early 99 when he was doing play by play then. It's even weird hearing JR on SD these days as well. Dammit I miss the old play by play crews - JR and King, and Cole and whoever (namely Tazz)

He's always calling powerbombs spinebusters and crap.

JR has been off his game too. He always gets names wrong!

Me too. I HATE that ish! There's a video of Batista going up for a flying shoulder block and Cole says, "I've never seen him do that before...I swear" Then in the next clip, which happened in a match that took place later...same thing, "I swear I've never seen him do that" lol

I think he calls a bulldog a inverted DDT or Vice Versa. And everythings a modified suplex. Yeah a dropkick is an away from the body modified suplex using the feet.
