How do you believe TNA can be improved?

How can it get back to where it was, or even to a higher place?

Suggested discussion points:
-Hogan/Bischoff management
-Dixie's management
-Firing/signing new people
-More focus on certain aspects
-Four sided ring>>>6 sided ring

Give those former WCW guys less decision making responsibility. (Bischoff, Hogan etc) Fire some!

Give the 40-50 somethings lesser on-screen roles. We see too many of them too much through each two-hour airing.

Use some of your Originals who have already experienced success as elevators for some younger fresher faces. (don't completely bury them. have some respect for these pioneers. The company sucks, but these are some great talents.) *Guys like Joe, AJ, Kaz, MCMG and Beer Money*

Stop bringing in tons of WWE talent. A few is ok, but not every damn soul!

Continue scouting out Indy talents to bring in.

Bring back the the one aspect of the KOs division that TNA fans like: wrestlers.

Cut down on the blood. We don't need to see b loodbaths every damn week or every other week.

get rid of the ECW guys....keep Dreamer behind the scenes but let ECW rest peacefully.

Number one: get rid of most of the older talent on the roster, only thus that can help put over the younger guys are allowed to stay but in limited roles

Number 2: GET RID OF HOGAN AND BISCHOFF

Number 3: Promote and reorganize the company as an alternative product again and not a WWE wannabe

Number 4: Self-reliance, meaning cut down significantly on ex-WWE wrestlers, and look more into alternate areas
