Job Bosses, Managers, Supervisors, Leaders

I wanted to discuss job bosses of any kind of the ones named in the title of the thread and the negative things about them like experiences & stuff.

I feel like when a person has a management position at any job I feel like they think they can talk & do whatever they want to the other employees who are lower the than in the job. I think that they feel they are better than the regular crew members because they make more money & can tell u what to do. Some can be real jerks but I feel like human being take having power over somebody in any manner take it to the extreme especially in the work field.

How do you feel about what I said feel free to share any stories/experience you've had with a boss & I apologize if someone on here is in one of these position but I just wanted to discuss this.

I have two bosses where I work, one of them is my mother, the other is the mother of a friend and a friend herself, so I can't say I've had any bad experiences with them.

I really don't like authority but I respect it but people who have it take it too far sometimes

My bosses at my old job were super cool. We told jokes alot and funny stories. They didnt mind if i was a little late since i always stayed over to make up for it.

i covered for people who couldnt make it in and was always helpful.

the BIG boss, though...she was a bitch. so uptight. i hated when she did monthly inspections. i always tried to get that day off lol.

I had a 3 hour job orientation for my new job on thursday morning. My new boss, Kim, is so nice. i love her already. she's really sweet and helpful. I think I will like my job alot because of her.

Well...where do I start.

He was ALWAYS late, I was underpayed, always worked overtime for no pay, he was a bitch annoying, telling me to do tooo much......and he was my dad.

That fucker...i swear i shall never ever work for him again.
