| An internal WWE pay-per-view memo still lists the Fatal 4 Way pay-per-view as having that name but the new tagline is Capitol Punishment. It was previously reported that Fatal 4 Way had been changed to Capitol Punishment but until we get official word from WWE, it sounds like the Capitol Punishment name is just a tagline.
For what it's worth, WWE recently registered the trademark for Capitol Punishment.
