Love how people LOVE make a fly into an Elephant.
Would I sue? Sure...but knowing these people they will sue for way more than needed, they will dramatize more than needed and once she gets the money? Oh she'll forget she even had a dead baby to begin with.
Human beings are over dramatic and greedy people........they always do more than it really actually is.
