-- According to a source, CMLL discovered that WWE forgot to trademark the name Sin Cara in Mexico and ended up doing it for use in the country. You can bet WWE isn't happy about this.

also i like how everyones going "haha, CMLL did pay back." you guys do realize that when WWE goes down to Mexico, they have to call him something else, and when hes up here he can use the Sin Cara name. the Punk situation is completely different than this

No, but watching someone do 97 cartwheels just to execute a clothesline does. He does all this spinning and hopping around like ferret on crack just to do simple moves, and most of the matches I've seen him in always this awkward stalling period because his opponent has to wait for him to stop rolling around on the ground and c finish the move so they sell it. The guy is talented, but he seems way too over the top for me. And I usually find myself not paying attention when he's in the ring.

the only difference i see with the Punk situation is that WWE did NOT think up the name CM Punk..so they should NOT get any rights to it. He worked his ass off in ROH making a name for himself. so i dont think WWE should be allowed to keep it.


WWe did invent Sin Cara so yeah they 'should've' trademarked it...but should've, would've could've...too bad so sad. I have no sympathy for the WWE over this lol
