It took place on August 13, 2005 at the Frontier Fieldhouse in Chicago
Ridge, Illinois. The show featured CM Punk's last match as a regular in
Ring of Honor.

* Nigel McGuinness defeated Alex Shelley (w/The Embassy), Delirious and Matt Sydal (w/Daizee Haze)
* Chad Collyer defeated Ace Steel
o Towards the end of the match, Collyer attacked Steel with a
chair, busting his head open and causing him to lose an excessive amount
of blood. The referee stopped the match after Steel passed out in the
Cloverleaf.
* Austin Aries defeated Jimmy Rave (w/The Embassy)
* Samoa Joe & Jay Lethal defeated The Rottweilers (Homicide & Low Ki) by disqualification
o After the match, the two teams continued to brawl throughout the arena.
* BJ Whitmer & Jimmy Jacobs defeated James Gibson & Spanky to retain the ROH Tag Team Championship
o Towards the end of the match, Spanky turned on Gibson by giving him a superkick.
o After the match, Spanky issued Gibson a challenge for the ROH World Championship
* Roderick Strong defeated Matt Hardy
* Colt Cabana defeated CM Punk in a Two out of Three Falls match
o Ace Steel and Samoa Joe sat at ringside for the match.
o CM Punk is crying when he comes out and is showered with tons of streamers in the ring.
o After the match, Punk gave a farewell speech thanking the fans for supporting him and Ring of Honor.
