| Finally an original not named AJ or Joe, will probably win the belt.
I'm happy for him, but WTF... what about James Storm? This guy has been delivering in big spots for years now.

| The main event already seems weak but I guess they are really trying to build a new star. | |

Maybe he'll turn on Roode and become his #1 rival for the championship.

| I just read that they are bumping the Tag Title match to a Facebook PRESHOW!
WTF?
They are going to so like the fucking stupid WWE and bump a title match [Sheamus/Bryan US Title] to a pre-show?
That is so fucking stupid!
If people don't believe me here is the link:
http://pwtorch.com/artman2/publish/TNA_News_1/article_54236.shtml
They also now advertise Jeff Hardy so I take it whatever they have him do needed time so the tag title match got scrapped!
Edit reread the article and I guess they also added another match:
-- Samoa Joe vs. Matt Morgan vs. Crimson in a three-way match.
Anyone upset or does Hardy/new triple thread match make you not care the tag belts are not on FB instead of BFG?

| Looks good to me. At least Hogan's not in the main event. I'm not gonna lie: I was a Hulkamaniac when I was a kid. His ego is just so off-putting sometimes though, especially when I look at exciting matches that got ruined because of it (like the WCW world title match on Nitro where Sting could have ended Goldberg's streak, but Hogan interfered and we ended up with the eventual fingerpoke of doom instead). | |

| You all can bitch all you want.
I haven't really followed TNA, BUT i've seen their promo's for the BFG Tournament thingy.
And looking at the card, all the matches make sense, none are tossed together last minute rivalries.
I'm Happy to see Bobby Roode in the main event. AJ vs. Daniels...over done...BUT always enjoyable to watch, always a show stealer.
Let's hope Kendrick can keep up with Aries and that should also be a good match. The 4 way knockouts match should be good as well.
Hogan vs. Sting? Quality might be crap...but it HAS the hype behind it, their are older fans who would just want to see the match up but not really caring about the quality.
Anderson-Bully ray match can be a a meh match but this is due i feel their styles might not mesh well together but lets be optimistic.
I hope the tag match makes the card because it's been an alright put together feud.
I hope the 3 way match makes the card as well. Can be a great way to introduce one of the three wrestlers as the new contender for the championship.

| No one is bitching. lmao
Have they done a great job building up toward these matches (most anyway)? Sure. That doesn't mean I want to see them.
I don't give a rat's ass about Ink Inc. or Bully Ray vs Anderson or RVD vs Jerry Lynn. And I damn sure don't give a shit about Sting vs Hogan.
Roode vs Angle, AJ vs Daniels, Aries vs Kendrick and the KOs four way are the only matches I care about.
I like Mexican America, but like I said... not a fan of Ink Inc.
All in all... not really worth watching imo.

| (most anyway?) ........what is that supposed to mean?
Each of these matches have feuds building up from about 2/3 PPV's ago. Every single one.
Aside from Ink Inc vs. MA, which has gotten a lot of TV time this month, each rivalry has been built for over 2 months now.
Rather you care for em or not.
I'm slowly realizing, TNA's issue is seriously not always their booking, not always their feuds or it's overall quality as a product but slowly becoming that everyone has an issue with the superstars they used.
WWE constantly has half assed feuds, one sided feuds, pointless feuds, hell sometimes they have 2/3 of the same feuds going on but no one seems to be turning away from the product.
TNA may end their matches crappy but looking at this BFG card, they do well with lengthy feuds, they manage to drag things out a lot to make that moment big.
CM Punk vs HHH was supposed to be WWE's BIG DRAW, Nash gets injured and they rush their "Big DRAW" match 2 PPV's to early. Now who wants to see CM Punk vs. HHH again anytime soon? It's been done. already, completely killing off the big moment feel when they finally have their match.
I'm purely basing my opinions on what i read when i look at show reviews. I read through the feuds and stuffs. But seriously......TNA has been doing good work. Look at their build up Video's for the Bound For Glory card, they are all pretty impressive and you completely get WHY these matches are taking place and how long the build up there has been leading towards these matches....MONTHS worth of build up.
It's more that because you "Grew up"WWE even if it's crappier than TNA you just won't turn away, why is that? Maybe Vince's business methods are working after all.
You all are going to bitch and moan for the next few months, then Like the NEXUS Beat down....Like the CM Punk "Shoot" They will ALWAYS find a way to go "OMG that was great" and guess what, everytime you fools fall for it...day in and day out.
Because what happened to Nexus after the big Beat down?
What happened to CM Punk after the "On Air Shoot"?
A shitty title reign and who's currently in the title scene right now? No diffrent than before the shoot......still not CM Punk.
They always do it, you always fall for it, you praise it for 3 weeks and then....guess what.....you bitch again...until that next Big Moment Vince gives you "What you wanna see" until that hype dies down.

| The "most anyway" is simple: The only matches where I don't know how long the feud has been going on are Lynn/RVD and Aries/Kendrick. Though I watch TNA, I'll admit... I am usually multi-tasking. So unless there's a good promo or match, I'm not paying close attention.
Anyway, like I said: I'll give them credit for building toward the PPV, but I am not any more interested in seeing any of these matches, though, the ones I mentioned should be decent. I'm just not interested.

| The Lynn-RVD fued has been going on since the Bound For Glory tournament with Lyn costing RVD several matches it's been going on for months now. not because they have had certain amount of matches before but their has been several encounters for months now leading to this match.
Aries won the title off of Kendrick, before Kendrick got his rematch Jesse Soreson won a Number 1 contenders match and Aries defeated him. Since then their have been sever brawls between Kendrick & Aries.
I haven't watched an episode of impact for over 2 years and just by reading spoilers i know this.
And if you watched the Bound For Glory tournament thingy video hype......you would see that Lyn has been trying to "help" RVD without him wanting but it always backfired.

| All I'm saying is, TNA has been doing a BETTER job than WWE when it comes to building rivalries and putting fueds together for the PPV.
WWE hasn't been putting much emphasis on mid-card feuds. Sure, most their wrestlers aren't that interesting or WWE rejects, or some are way passed their primes.
TNA has a LOT of kinks to work through, of course i will always believe that. BUT i personally think when it comes to putting their PPV card together, TNA does a good job with building feuds towards those matches.
How many WWE mid-card matches are announced on WWE.com with no real build up or fued.
Sure Dolph Ziggler vs. Bryan Daniel may be a treat to watch, but what's the point of it if it gets announced 2 days before the event on WWE.com.
People are so eager to see what TNA does so wrong and it just becomes a trend let's bash TNA because everyone does it.
But no one actually sits down and sees what TNA actually does right. And that is one of the few things TNA does right.
Everyone will sit down and convince themselves that something is soo bad, that when it's actually not bad.....you won't notice it.
TNA has had some decent shows this year, from the reviews i read, there were 3 or 4 stand out episodes of Impact.

| So now we are being picky i see??
The Bound for Glory series WAS all the hype for no surrender and it's no mystery that TNA announces the world title matches near the PPV.
Now you just being picky. No Surrender isn't one of TNA's biggest PPV's IMO and honestly it wasn't that bad....most of the card got the build up needed imo.

| why are you being a TNA fanboy all of a sudden? just because ONE CARD has had buildup for weeks doesnt make it good planning on TNAs part, and theyve done it before, Hardcore Justice, they announced their championship match a week and a half before the show was even supposed to air. WWE doesnt do that, they plan their PPV championship matches weeks in advance | |

| I'm not being a TNA Fanboy.
I just personally think TNA gets shit on A LOT and sometimes....for no reason at all. When sure they may doing a bad job, but not ALL of what they do is usually bad.
It's generalization of the entire product. If everyone is expecting the worse or asuming the worse it's all they are going to get.
It's the same reason the women's division died. One wrong move and it became a general thought that it's just bad. It could be filled with a roster of wrestlers but because WWE has dug itself in a deep hole with it, they will never come out of it and the women's division will always be seen as the bathroom break.
TNA is the same deal, the product is not as bad as it was 2/3 years ago, it has actually gotten more bareable and watchable...but because the generalization of the company has gotten so bad from the last couple of years.
How many people who say ' TNA is Garbage" has sat through at least 5 weeks worth of impact in a row in the last year? None of them. They'd watch it a week, maybe 2 weeks. Proclaim it garbage....not watch it for a year but still go around calling it Garbage...though they never continued to follow it.
that's what I mean, TNA is by no means perfect but there are very few things they get right, and sometimes you just got to give credit where it's due.

Now it is RVD/Lynn. | |
