Has to be Sable. She was the centrepiece of the division and was more over and did a helluva lot more than Maryse. I think Maryse has got a lot more potential and could go a long way. She needs to put in more work in the ring. I think Maryse would have thrived in the non PG era.

Better Ring Entrance? Going with Maryse.
Better Theme Song? I like Sable's more.
Better Ring Attire? I think Maryse's is better. More variety and more color.
Better Heel? Maryse is okay but I loved Sable as a bitchy heel in 1999 and her return was okay as well.
Better Face? Maryse has never really been face but I think Sable would win anyways.
Better Champion? Pretty close imo; I'll go with Sable.
Better Wrestler? Again pretty close. Maryse was pretty good for a little while but since has not done much. Still I gave the close match up last category to Sable so this one will go to Maryse by a hair.

So I guess for me it ends up 4-3 in favor of Sable.

I can kind of see how Maryse could be considered the Sable of today. Neither of them are(were) strong wrestlers. Both of them rely heavily on looks. BUT Sable helped to usher in the era when divas were really really good. Maryse, on the other hand, just contributes to lackluster matches.
