Former WWE Women's Champion arrested

Subject: Former WWE Women's Champion arrested Sat 10 Dec 2011, 1:42 pm

Former WWE Women's Champion Lita — real name Amy Dumas — was arrested yesterday (December 9th) in Columbia County, Georgia, for driving with a suspended or revoked license and speeding.
AugustaCrime.com reports that Dumas' bond is set at $2,200.

The two official charges listed are: “DRIVING WHILE LICENSE
SUSPENDED/REVOKED” and “SPEEDING IN EXCESS OF MAXIMUM LIMITS (STATE
SPEED & ZONE LI”.

The news comes a week after former Tough Enough contestant Rima Fakih was arrested for drunk driving.

at leasst it aint for drugs or something bad, she's human .

i am very happy it is not drugs or something. Team Xtreme used to be a proper roll model group for young people, and thus far 2 of them have been done for drugs etc and the other one had an affair turned into a storyline......what happened to them

Wow I am surprised at this.

Shame on her although it isn't like it was for something completely bad.

A lot of people speed [most are not even caught] so that is the only charge that can hurt someone.

The driving without a license is just stupid but again it isn't a bad charge.

Oh well; maybe this will be a little wake up call.

Because driving with a revoked lisence and speeding compares to drink driving lol

I had to laugh at her tweet though;

Yeah, speeding is hardly like being arrested for substance abuse related crimes. A lot of otherwise law abiding, well put together, people, are leadfoots. That's why Defensive Driving classes are such a big industry.

Not that it's not stupid and irresponsible, mind you. But, driving too fast doesn't make one Matt Hardy. It's also not like we expect her to be Molly Holly.

I've learned that the best way to preserve the memories of your favorite wrestlers is to judge them on their work (at their prime) and try your best to block out their personal lives.

I just hate how people judge celebrities and people when they do the exact same things at some points in their lives. Idk I think people just enjoy finding faults in people on television or something.

Its like you'd hear on the news "Zac Efron was caught throwing water balloons at houses" yeah...And didn't you do this as well at some point? lol
