WWE Raw Diva 3 Hour Disscussion

Talk about the Raw 3 hour special involving the Divas.

first sighting is Eve in a backstage segment. Johnny Ace grants her the position of "Executive Assistant". phew, i was afraid she'd go after the Divas' Championship for a moment

Don't worry she will be divas champion again and plus with her working with John it's only a matter of time.But right now I wouldn't mind seeing her off wrestling for awhile.

Well let's what happens buy the end of the month but I'm sticking to my story.What I don't understand is who is the face and who is heel with the divas because it's very confusing which is why I think the crowd didn't know who to cheer for.

i'm sorry but you sound silly right now. The Bellas are nowhere near the top status in divas to make such a demand. Kelly, Beth or maybe even Eve...sure..but the Bellas? ha! they dont have THAT type of pull in WWE and they never will.

I don't mind Nikki having the belt one bit. She is the better wrestler out of the Bella's Twins, though I wouldn't care if either had it. I was just ready for a new Champion.

I do think Beth may be legit injured though. When she hit the ground her foot turned, or whatever you want to call it. I don't believed that was planned.

As for the Divas, is anyone on Beth's side? I seen just about every Diva cheer for Nikki and none of them cheering for Beth. Obviously Eve would cheer for Beth but is she the only 'heel'? I thought like Aksana, Tamina, Rosa, were all heels, guess I'm wrong. Haven't followed too closely lately.

I'm also glad it was Nikki who won the title, it should've been her the first time. I really didn't want Beth to lose though, was looking forward to her feuding with the returning Layla or Kharma, but now it looks like Kharma will be back to destroy the Bellas.

And yes, it looks like Beth is legit injured Really hope it's not that serious

This is the biggest joke in divas wrestling ever, moreso than Hervina winning the Womens title. I think the Bellas are leaving soon, I think the reason that Nikki won the belt is because, firstly when Kharma left last year, she said to the Bellas that she will come back and destroy them,also apparently WWE dont want Beth to lose the belt to Kharma so gave it Nikki,this means Beth will be off TV for a while and when she returns build her up as a domaint heel leading to a Beth vs Kharma fued. I enjoyed the match, it was longer than expected, the bellas need to change there attire though it looks awful.

Bellas having pull in WWE? I'll continue to laugh anytime i hear someone say such a thing. Melina had more pull in WWE and she had a huge bad rep behind her.

and Travis, Aksana stopped being a heel when she aligned with Teddy Long...Maxine should still be a heel though.

Because they are leaving, so WWE need to find a way to keep them. They were never given the title because WWE are happy having them float along in the backstage skits, etc but when they heard news of them leaving, suddenly she gets a push and defeats Beth.

Why is it surprising that they do have pull? They were called up at Random, with no real reason to be called up. Most women get called up to get injected into a Women's title feud OR to manage, they were called up to be there.

Secondly...word got out their contract is running out. Suddenly they won the championship? Yeah right.

Thirdly, everyone is talking about Kharma, you guys seem to forget Kharma is NOT coming back when WWE asks her to, WWE has agreed to let her come back on HER own terms not THEIR term, at the last Cauliflower Alley Club awards she attended, i heard she hasn't really stepped in the ring yet or had any training yet since her pregnancy, so unless she does a 6 day miracle she won't be coming back for now.

You say they HAVE no pull in the company yet what makes THEM so special that they deserve a championship as a goodbye gift? It doesn't make ANY sense, That means Kelly kelly is gaurenteed to win the Divas Championship in her retirement match because the Bellas haven't had any impact whatsoever to the division or the company gets a farewell championship reign.

They played politics, they played smart, you want to deny it, fine but it's pretty obvious WHAT really went down.

And you want to mention Melina, Melina HAD a bad reputation BUT she slept around a lot (and the right people), she always had a pull somewhere, despite her bad reputation.

The Bellas played politics and i won't be surprised if they got a salary bump as well. They know they are Vince's faves and know exactly WHAT to do to get what they want. Other wrestlers mentioned the FCW incident, so i'm not surprised that they pulled the same stunt here as well.

Lastly, I'm kind of Happy with the injury, the match was bad....like really bad, i wouldn't have been able to watch another second of it. it had no flow, seemed weird and was just....dreaded to watch. You all can say how "Nikkie" is better...but this was the poorest Bella performance i've seen to date...Brie may be bad on a regular basis....but when Nikki is bad....she certainly takes the cake.

I think if WWE really valued them they would have done a lot more with them in their time with the company. They were off tho a great start: got pushed, had much better entrance music, more love. Then that quickly changed as they became the Jobber Twins (with sexier ring gear and shittier entrance music.)

Keep in mind, this is the same WWE that thought having guest hosts would be a draw- hence why Bellas were appearing with them constantly.

Its not about them valuing the Bellas enough to push them, its about valuing the bellas enough for them to stay with the company.

There is a difference, Maryse WANTED to go and WWE was okay with it and they said okay. Picture it like this Maryse went up to management and said "Look, right now Wrestling is not my biggest passion and i would like to try some projects outside of the WWE and would like to try new things" fine, someone came up to me and told me that i could understand WHY they would like to leave.

The Bella's "We want to be Divas champion or we don't resign", Maryse left because SHE wanted to, the Bella's never expressed wanting to leave, they KNOW they are in a position of favoritism. I mean if you are backstage and you constantly hear VKM lobbying to get you more screen time, you KNOW you are in a position of power a bit. SO you see HOW far you can make use of it.

It worked, the Bella's for the second time got what they wanted, they are coming off worse than Sable did.

People that have worked with her say otherwise, i think their word trumps yours, bud lol.

Also, who said anything about the Bellas playing politics? WWE has put titles on people in the HOPES that they would stick around, that's not even close to playing politics, and if it is, its on Creatives hands and Vince's.

Theyve done this before, most recently with CM Punk. He literally had one foot out the door, WITH NO MAJOR PULL WHATSOEVER, and at the 11th hour, WWE decided to give him the run he rightfully deserved and he signed a new contract. They tried the same thing with Jeff Hardy before he left, they gave him a title run and yet he still didnt want to be there, so he dropped the belt and left. Who's to say Nikki wont lose between now and this sunday/next monday? It's not a guarantee they're going to sign new contracts, not in the slightest.

If you want an example of someone playing politics to get what they want...Warrior at Summerslam 91....wanted more money than WWE was willing to pay him and threatened to walk out on his match. THAT is an example of someone who plays politics.

Yes yes...and the Bella's threatend to quit FCW if they were not called up to the main roster.....AND 2 weeks later....they debuted ..... So i expect a Give me a title reign or i walk out situation here as well. Comparing it to CM punk is a bit different.

CM Punk never demanded the championship...they GAVE him to convince him to stay.

Its the same because it revolves around a contract situation, the only thing thats different is how that contract situation is being handled. Also, i never said Punk demanded it, it was an example of how WWE has tried and was successful in getting people to get a new deal done.

Also, another example is how Gail Kim ended up leaving. She wanted a chance to do her thing, and WWE pretty much balked at her. She demanded her release, and WWE just put her on the shelf for 2 months.

I REALLY dont believe the Bellas have any kind of pull, they havent been relevant on television or were at the top of the division to have any kind of say over their careers. If that were the case, they would be multiple time Divas champions, the both of them. As far as being Vince's favorites are concerned, he has a lot, Kelly being one of them. But yet shes only been champion once in the 6 years she's been in the company.

In closing, who said they DID demand it? What if WWE went "Hey, we want you guys to stay so, which one wants the title?" Like i said, they arent women that really did anything in the divas division, to be able to tell people that they wanna do this and do that.

Also, take into account Beth Phoenix's injury. No one knew how bad the injury was when it happened, so the finish had to be changed. Who's to say Beth doesnt drop the title if she never got hurt to begin with?

The Bella twins have just enough power as any other superstar.It might not seem on tv like they don't care for them but they use them very well.They use them for merchandise like divas posters,toys,etc.They go all around the world to promote WWE,They go on TV shows like Price is Right,Extra,etc.Beth was the Divas Champion why couldn't she go on Tv and promote WWE?.Why is it always the Bella twins?.Why are the Bella twins always with the special guest host of Raw?.Come on now it looked like we was getting Kelly Kelly vs Beth again but a story breaks out that there leaving and now Nikki is the champ?.Let me remind you they were jobbing before this happen.Something is defentily up.

Comparing the star power of Yoshi Tatsu to CM Punk and Bellas to Beth phoenix is completely different as there doesn't seem to be any top stars in the division dsivision, they all job out equally.
