Recently signed WWE development Diva, Mercedes KV, has officially been given the ring name Sasha Banks.

The former Chaotic Wrestling Women’s Champion revealed the change through her Twitter account late last night.

KV wrote: “Drum roll…… My WWE name is Sasha Banks”.

Fellow newcomer, Alisha Ceraso is going by the name Dani.

Diva-Dirt's Thoughts: Personally, I really like this name. It’s rare anymore for a Diva to get a last name it seems, so it’s nice to be able to have some variety. It definitely fits her and doesn’t seem “too little” (basic) or “too much” (random) if that makes sense. Thumbs up!
