WWE Live Event: Wilkes-Barre, PA 12/15/12: Shield vs Ryback/Team Hell No, Cena/Dolph Main Event etc

Tyson Kidd vs. Darren Young kinks off the show. The special time keeper is the mascot for The Penguins. Titus O'Neil, who was in Young's corner, argued with the crowd and with the penguin. Kidd dominated and the match and got Young in the sharpshooter, but Titus interfered and Kidd won by disqualification. Titus and Young double teamed Kidd after the match, but Justin Gabriel came for the save. Gabriel and Kidd challenged them to a match and the accepted, and that
match starts immediately.

Tyson Kidd & Justin Gabriel defeated The Prime Time Players. The PTP dominated most of the match until Gabriel made the hot tag and took Titus outside of the ring. Kidd applies the sharpshooter on Young, forcing Young to tap.

Wade Barrett came out to good heat. Barrett told the crowd that he's a real man. Kofi Kingston came out and that match is up next.

WWE Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston defeated Wade Barrett. Barrett had Kofi in a chokehold which Kofi reversed and hit Trouble In Paradise for the win.

Kaitlyn and AJ Lee defeated Tamina and Eve. The match was back and forth until Eve got upset and left her partner to get beat with a roll up.

Ryback and Team Hell No defeated The Shield. Bryan got jumped by The Shield as he was making his way to the ring. Kane came out, but he got jumped too. Finally Ryback came in and cleared the ring of The Shield. Team Hell No recovered and the match was back and forth. Ryback and Team Hell No won the match after Ryback pinned Ambrose with Shellshocked. After the match, Ryback and Team Hell No hugged.

There is a vote for tonight's main event between John Cena and Dolph Ziggler to be a street fight or 2 out of 3 falls.

Alberto Del Rio was supposed to face Randy Orton next, but it was announced that Orton was injured and Rey Mysterio took his place. Del Rio dominated the match, but Mysterio came back and won with the 619.

Sheamus came out and talked about how cowardly it was that The Big Show attacked William Regal and he wants Show to come out. Show came out and said that Sheamus couldn't do anything about it because of the no-contact clause. Booker T appeared on the Titan Tron and said that for one night, the clause is waived and makes Sheamus vs. Big Show for
the World Heavyweight Title. The match was back and forth with Sheamus picking up the win via disqualifiation when he went for the Brogue kick, but Show used the referee as a shield. After the match, Big Show got a chair but Sheamus was able to grab it and nail Show with it.

The votes are in, and the main event between Dolph Ziggler and John Cena will be a street fight.

Cena and Ziggler put on a hell of a match. They hit each other with chairs, microphones, the MITB briefcase and steel steps. The match ended with Ziggler trying to put Cena through a table, but Cena reversed it and hit Ziggler with an FU through the table for the win.

the street fight sounds like it would be cool to see.

Yeah that would be a good match to see on Raw/PPV.
