Update: All Japan Pro Wrestling has announced that Ric Flair will wrestle in a tag match on their January 26 show in Ota, Japan. [ PuroresuSpirit ]

Flair is scheduled to team with Keiji Mutoh (Great Muta) against Tatsumi Fujinami and Seiya Sanada.

Flair is the latest U.S. wrestling star to be brought in by Mutoh for a tag match, following Kevin Nash and Vader.

WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair is returning to Japan this month. The All Japan promotion has announced that Flair will appear on their January 26 show in Ota, Japan.

The original belief was that Flair would only make an appearance at the show, possibly to promote his son, Red Flair, beginning training at the All-Japan Dojo.

However, it is possible that Flair will compete on the show. A full line-up will be released in future weeks confirming Flair's role in the show.

Overall, Flair is the latest big-name U.S. star booked by All Japan, following recent appearances by Kevin Nash and Vader teaming with Great Muta (Keiji Mutoh).

He's a little to old to be wrestling but go bless his soul for trying too.
