| Alright so I was thinking, what if the deterrant to stop people offending in this was to surgically chop their penis off/seal their vagina? I think that would be a punishment so lethal to these people. What do you think? Of course they would still get jail time and stuff, but would this lower the problem? | |

| I've heard they do shit like this in other areas around the world. Also, if you murder someone, you are given equal treatment: death - rather than being allowed to eat, sleep, breath in prison or concettation camps.
Don't know the validity behind it nor am I going to find out. | |

If you get the death penalty you are killed very soon after your sentence.
