Best IC Champ that never won World Belt?

so......a lot of talented guys held the IC title and used it as a platform to win the big one.....Savage, Warrior, Hart, HBK, Austin, Rock, HHH the list goes on.

but there’s plenty of super talented guys who didn’t get there......Tito, Perfect, Steamboat, Rude, Hall......again-the list goes on.

so who’s your pick? I found this decision tough-very tough.

but I’m going to go with Perfect here. I think he could have been a top heel guy for Vince during the New Gen era especially

I sorry but I'm gonna say Shelton Benjamin, and I know that's incredibly short sighted, since his career isn't over, but damn it he should have been world champ.

imo he was just as talented as Bret yet he never got his big break
people can speculate that is Owen didnt tragically die that he would be world champ sooner or later
what i have to say is that around the mid 90's 95-96 Owen couldve been pushed to the world title...it just...never happened

i would say Mr. Perfect to he was one of the greatest wrestlers in wrestling history

Damn lots of great choices! I’m definitely in agreement with LL though, Owen Hart not getting a word title reign is utterly ridiculous! I feel he would’ve won a title eventually!

NCD brings up Razor Ramon and I loved him when I was younger, there was something so unique about him. A crime he never won a word title as well.

I love Shelton Benjamin and I’ll be satisfied with just one word title reign, but will he get it? Nope!

I cannot believe the 9th wonder of the world completely slipped my mind! Chyna was a decent wrestler and I feel she would have made quite the Legacy had she stayed employed with the WWE.
