Cm Punk Heel Turn?

Ever since CM Punk cashed in his Money In The Bank at the PPV Sunday, there has been a lot of talk as to whether he will turn heel at tonight's Smackdown taping. Steven Fernandes sent this report, which would seem to back up that Punk is turning heel.
"The current announced main event for the WWE Supershows in Salisbury, MD on July 24th and Wildwood, NJ on the 25th is John Cena and Rey Mysterio vs. Big Show and CM Punk, so it looks like they are going ahead with the CM Punk heel turn."
As we have said on Elite Audio this week, it certainly appears that is the case.

SD just got more interesting.

I'm all for a CM Punk heel turn. As if Smackdown couldn't get any better.

Doesn't look like he's going to be a heel as of right now, but I really hope so. I heel Punk would be way better than a face. I really hope WWE makes the right decision here.

I hope he turns heel, maybe then he'll be more exciting, he kinda bores me.

I hope he turns heel too. I havent seen him as a heel but I think it will be different. I want him to pin Jeff tonight to retain his title, that way the fans can get on him more. I read somewhere they want to turn Edge face so this is the perfect time to turn Punk. Punk v Edge feud.

well Punk was a really good Heel in ROH so i think he can pull the Heel off well but i will still like him he is a good wrestler

If WWE lets Punk be the heel he was in ROH, then most definitely become the top heel in the WWE.

Heel turn or we riot

IF he does turn heel, there is no way they are going to have him go out there and do his "Straightedge and better than you" routine. Everyone wants to believe that is what he is going to do, but that would be giving WWE too much credit, and why would they want to market being sXe as a pretentious and heel type of thing, they are marketing to a PG audience. Obviously they want kids to think drugs are bad.

Now if the rating was where it used to be, they could easily do the whole thing, because the promos he cut with that gimmick, would be fine as opposed to WWE's current mindset.

yea Punk was really good on the mic in ROH and he was really good in the ring that would help punk a lot
