Legend Retiring at TNA's Bound For Glory?, TNA Releases

Still more TNA departures are expected to come this week. Last week's releases of Dutch Mantel and Savio Vega have caused a number of people backstage to be worried about their job. A source reports that Jeff Jarrett was not involved in the decision making for Dutch and Vega's release.

- Radio advertisements in Los Angeles for the October TNA Bound For Glory pay-per-view in Irvine, California are teasing that former World Champion Sting will have his final match at the pay-per-view. No word yet if this will be Sting's last match or what but he is from California so the interest would be there.

Sting is a great asset to TNA, but I'm glad he won't be hogging the spotlight anymore.

Angle won't be giving up that top spot for a long time, and actually, he pulls in ratings so there is nothing wrong with him being there.

He's been saying he is retiring from TNA loads of time, but Dixie Carter always finds a way to double his pay to keep him around. It's slowly becoming a trend.

He should go though, along with The Dudley's, Scott Steiner & Kevin Nash.

Kurt & Booker could stay but pulled out of the main event scene. Rhyno can stay, he never gets a break anyways lol

Rhyno deserves a break, he's hardly ever around as it is.

Kurt Angle is the big name and the biggest thing they got right now. He makes the average wrestling fan actually watch TNA.

Sting only wrestles like once a month, its like he has been halfway retired for a while now. I do think he should retire.

And to be honest, Sting is probably the only guy who jumped to TNA and have his reputation or level of being over actually rise from being there. A lot of people say that people will forget about you if you go to TNA, and with good reason, because of booking. But Sting has maintained his star status no matter where he has been, which is astonishing.

EDIT: And to be on topic with the current discussion, Kurt Angle is probably a lot of the reason that they have their ratings, although they aren't great, its better than the 0.7 they used to get...

I don't mind Kurt, he pulls out some kick ass matches every now and then. He's worth having around tbh. And Nah, the Dudley's should just stop while they are on top. I can't stand them anymore. Their gimmick is old, their old and out of shape, it would just ruin it for me, because they are an awesome and accomplished Tag Team but if they are slowly growing old and stale.

I agree Rhyno deserves a break, but once it looks like he's getting a push, another WWE rejects gets in the way

I could aslo do without Lashly tbh, wasn't special in the WWE, nothin special now either.
