| North Carolina's The News & Observer has an article up featuring these new details regarding the Jeff Hardy situation.
- Jeff Hardy and Beth were at home when the raid took place Friday morning. Beth was not arrested.
- The case is still under investigation meaning more charges against Hardy remain possible.
- It is still not known if the drugs found at the home were for Hardy's personal use or if he was selling them.
- Opium trafficking, which is one of the charges Hardy faces, carries a mandatory prison sentence of 3-14 years, even for first-time offenders. | |
