| WCW Nitro Show 1: It's Time fo WCW
Segment 1:
Show started off when Sunny came out and thank everyone for coming to the show. Sunny then introduced everyone to the WCW World Championship which will be defended later this month in WCW first ever PPV which for now is still unnamed. The fans reacted with loud cheers as Sunny talked about the 3 way match between Cheerleader Melissa, Daizee Haze & Serena Deeb, Also that the Duo Rain & Lacey will be in the tag team main event.
Segment rating: 5.9
Segment 2:
Next up was Ashley Lane vs Tiana Ringer, the match was back and forth and the crowd was really cheering Ashley on. Tiana wins the match after she slams Ashley’s head on the exposed turnbuckle and then goes for the pin and using the rope as leverage. After the match, to prove she’s no novice new comer, Tiana begins to attack Ashley Lane with some vicious boots to the gut but out of the crowd comes to mysterious MsChiff and chases Tiana off, who was obviously not expecting this.
Segment rating: 4.5 (Match quality 6.5, Crowd Reaction 2.5)
Segment 3:
Nora Greenwald is seen backstage after being told she is going to face Lacey & Rain and on her first night on the job, she needs to find a partner. She then bumps into Jazz, who just signed a contract and claimed to be the most dominant woman in wrestling and talked down on Nora. Nora made a little comment on Jazz being a last minute signing and that WCW Management needed someone to fill a spot and looked for Jazz, Jazz was furious and not happy about Nora’s remarks. Nora said she had to go look for a partner and walked off.
Segment rating: 5.5
Segment 4:
“ Time For Trinity” talk show was next and Trinity was seen in the ring and was about to announce her next guest which was revealed to be Mercedez Martinez. Mercedez got a great crowd reaction and Trinity was not to happy about it. Trinity then began taking shots at Mercedez and saying how she is sickened by the fact that some people confuser her for a Latina due to her being part Italian and says they want to call her something as worthless as a Latina…they might as well call her an American. And that the US is crazy and stupid for even allowing latin people into the US, that it is sickening and ruins everything. This obviously didn’t sit well with the crowd. Trinity then continued to talk down Mercedez talking her down and getting into her face. Mercedez responded by saying how Trinity should judge people from where they are and should not talk bad about other races. Trinity responded by telling Mercedez go clean a bathroom, since that’s all she’s good for and smashes the microphone into the head of Mercedez, and pushed Mercedez off her seat. Trinity tried to attack Mercedez but Mercedez was almost on her feet and ready to attack back to Trinity quickly made a run for it.
Segment rating : 6.6
Segment 5:
Team Blondage (Amber O’Neal & Krissy Vaine ) vs Roxxi & Taylor Wilde. Pretty much a filler match, good back and forth match, best match so far all night. Roxxi and Taylor won the match after Roxxi nailed Amber O”Neal with a Vodoo Slam.
Segment Rating: 4.7 (Match Quality: 5.4, Crowd Reaction: 4.0)
Segment 6:

Segment Rating: 5.6
Segment: 7
Mercedez Martinez vs Trinity was next, before the match video of the segment earlier tonight was shown and Trinity and Martinez made their way to the ring. Trinity had the upperhand for the most part of the match until Mercedez got some momentum and got some offence. This surprised Trinity as Mercedez took things to the outside but this match later turned into a brawl and Mercedez was going crazy. She viciously began attack Trinity who was trying to get away, WCW staff members quickly ran down the ramp and held these two women apart as this match ended in a count out and both women where taken backstage.
Segment rating: 5.2 (Match Quality: 6.0, Crowd Reaction 4.5)
Segment: 8
Kristal made her WCW debut in the ring but as she started to address the crowd and talk about how happy she was to be in the company, Rain and Lacey, better known as the Minnesota Home Wrecking Crew interrupted Kristal and began to talk down Kristal. The Duo (mostly Lacey), told Kristal to get out their ring and said no one wanted to see her here or even wrestle. Also about how they are main eventing the first Ever night of Nitro and that’s not because their strippers trying to wrestle. They talked about how they just don’t look pretty, but could also kick ass and would love to Kick Kristal’s ass right now. Kristal tried to calm them down by saying she didn’t want any trouble but Lacey got in Kristal’s face while Rain quickly attacked Kristal from behind and Lacey nailed Kristal with a vicious DDT. Kristal was laid out in the ring as Lacey & Rain made their way backstage happy with their bad doing.
Segment Rating: 6.0
Segment 9:
Next up was the 3 way macth, Daizee haze vs Serena Deeb vs Cheerleader Melissa. Daizee and Serena seemed to get along but Melissa did not align herself with any of the two. Melissa started out dominating the two crowd favorites. The announcers were building up Melissa as this force to reckon with. Daizee and Serena started working together and got a little momentum on their side but was back on the receiving end of the beating. Melissa then pulls out a chair and viciously slams it in the head of Serena while the referee was down and went for the pin and won the match. Melissa then continued beating both women and then when she was satisfied with her doing left the ring but the crowd did not like her much…wonder why.
Segment rating: 5.3 (Match Quality 7.0, Crowd reaction 3.6)
Segment 10:
Ashley Lane was seen entering the locker room of MsChiff as Ashley begins to think MsChiff but is suddenly starteled when MsChiff gives out a loud scream to Shut up Ashley. MsChiff then continued by telling Ashley to watch out and that she’s still a rookie, people are going to get the best of her and continue to play her the fool if she doesn’t pay attention. MsCHif then continued by telling Ashley that she’ll be watching her but can’t always have her back. Ashley nods and is a little intimidated by MsChiff and was suddenly remembered why when MsChiff gave out another loud scream telling Ashley to “GET OUT!!!!” which she quickly did.
Segment Rating: 4.5
Segment 11:
Next up was the Main event and Rain & Lacey made their way out and the crowd was obviously not happy to see these two. Next up was Nora Greenwald who got a standing ovation when she made her way out. Then her partner was revealed to be no other then Sara Del Rey, who came out to a loud reaction from the crowd. The match was back and forth, with Lacey & Rain working on Sara, keeping her in the match and net letting her tag in Nora. But She finally did and Nora was a house on fire and cleaned out the ring. Once it was her and rain in the ring. Nora climbed the turnbuckle and attempted the Molly-Go-Round…but before she had a chance to do her finisher, she was pushed off the top turnbuckle by Jazz and the referee saw this and Nora and Sara won by DQ. Jazz made her way backstage as Rain and lacey stand in the ring attacking Nora while Sara was outside on the canvas hurt. The scene fades with Lacey & Rain in the ring feeling as if they won the match but are the team to beat on Nitro.
Segment Rating: 6.5 (Match Quality 7.5, Crowd reaction: 5.6)
Quick Results: 1. Tiana Ringer def. Ashley Lane 2. Taylor Wilde & Roxxi def. Team Blondage (Amber O’Neal Krissy Vaine) 3. Trinity vs Mercedez No Contest 4. Cheerleader Melissa def. Daizee Haze & Serena Deeb. 5. Nora Greenwald & Sara Del Rey def. Lacey & Rain via DQ.
Overal: Decent Show, they are obviously working towards getting their new roster over. The crowd reacted ok, but the girls are slowly getting over. So far it seems Lacey & Rain may have something in the works With Kristal Marshal, Trinity and Mercedez are off to a good start, while Nora Greenwald & Jazz seem to be the main focus so far. Overall good show.
Overall Rating: 5.5 That’s all folks | |

| I was just going to post on the July ones but I would be incredibly lost so I though “why not just start from the beginning”? so here I am. I remember this from our LW days, Trinity vs. Mercedes Martinez was my favorite feud back then, I remember enjoying that one a lot. Great in ring segment from those two, the match was ok but as I’m typing this the segment stands out a bit more. Ashley Lane and Mschif (I remember them being a odd duo) lol can’t wait to see more of them. Kristal Marshall getting bullied like that by those two skanks is not cool I think you’ll make her a big star though <3 Nora and Jazz <3 I remember their title feud too! I’m going to try to post on a few of these a days so I can catch up alol | |
