It also appears Batista and Rey Mysterio will be challenging for the WWE Unified Tag Team Titles. Batista cut a promo at last night’s tapings and basically said his partner was Mysterio. We noted yesterday that the current plan was to bring Rey back at the October 6th SmackDown tapings but he may be brought back at the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view as Batista’s partner. We should get a better idea of when the tag title match happens after this week’s SmackDown

fucking NO!!!!! that means wed have to see Batista back on Raw weeks after moving BACK to SD!....god i hate WWE's booking

I heard they were hyping rey and batista as tag team partners for future house shows to face them. So I figured it would eventually happen.

I like MVP and Mark Henry for the Tag Titles, but in all honesty i wouldn't mind seeing Batista and Rey together.

Im happy with that. Its a step backwards for Batista. I liked MVP and Henry as a team but MVP is a singles wrestler who should be getting a WWE title push insted of being a tag champ. I think going from where MVP was to being a tag champ is a step backwards.

Not necessarily. Tag titles have helped superstars more so than singles titles in the past.

I don't have a problem with Batista on SD like everyone who watches wrestling does. Hey, the rating hits that 2.0 mark after a while let week and guess who was on the show.. Right. I guess my problem is that there really isn't a reason for Batista and Rey to team up. But that hasn't stopped them before.

They seriously need to drop this Unified Tag Team bullshit, it's stupid! I would love to see Rey & Batista team up & Win the WWE Tag Team titles.

Wich would leave Y2Show the World Tag Team belts.. and then see them go to the LAND OF EXTREME for once, & to really help push someones career, have them go up against Kozlov & BIG ZEKE... now that would be awsome!

Also MVPHenry isn't that bad a of a Tag Team, I would like to see them as Tag Team champions, but I dont thinkl it will happen anytime soon.

I don't like the fact that whoever wins the titles officially recieves two title reigns instead of one. Bit unfair for those before em, eh?

^ do they that is a bit stupid, id assume theyd class the unified title aS ONE reign. i mean they need to create a new design combining both the titles.
Also what dumbfounds me is they create MVHenry, and even made them more of a team by cutting off MVPs arm length, like Henry, and added WSM on Henrys attire, like MVP has MVP on it...making them seem like a legit team, only for them to drop their "challenge"

Yeah, Big Show has won both the world and tag titles when they won that match. What dumbfounds me is also why they havn't made the titles one, for fairness and equality.

Eventually they will make just one tag titles...

This is terrible... I dislike Rey Mysterio and HATE Batista! Why is the tag team division getting flooded with Main Eventers? When we have fucking teams that need a nice rub with the tag titles. HELLO????? Hart Dynasty and Cryme Tyme ring a bell? Hell Zeke and Koslov can benefit from this. Instead we have Big Show, Chris Jericho, MVP, Mark Henry and now Batista and Rey Mysterio? FUCK THAT!!! How long until DX get involved in this shit?

True but I like MVP as a singles wrestler. I just want to see him get into the Mainevent with a world title-NOT the ECW one.

i like this Batista and Rey together they r good with each other i hope they get the belts
