Trish Stratus Vs Lita (DEBATE)

Seriously? You know Lita fans and Trish fans can't get along. Amongst the wrestling community both Trish and Lita will be equally remembered for their accomplishments in the WWE and Women's Wrestling. With no Trish their would be no Lita and with no Lita their would be no Trish. These two are like Peanut Butter and Jelly.

End of discussion. Trish-Lita discussions just lead to arguements tbh.

I think Lita is better. I always was a Lita fan. I used to dislike Trish but now I like Trish. I respect them both but Lita > Trish.

Why?

I just think Lita was better in the ring. Her moveset was a lot better then Trish's. Lita had a different moveset when she was a heel, which I found to be really cool. lol She was the first woman I see do a Moonsault on a guy no less. lol When Lita turned heel many people said oh she can never pull it off, well she proved them WRONG. She was great at her heel character, especally on the mic and her last promo before she retired was her best promo shes ever given in the wwe. I think she took more risks, imo. and most off all she was unique. I always was a Lita fan and I wasnt always a Trish fan.

Lita >Trish imo.

But sadly Trish will be remembered more. No offense to Trish but Lita should be remembered just as much.

Well, even though I think Lita was more of a real wrestler then Trish, both of them are always talked about on the same level. Trish was a model turned wrestler, as Lita was always a wrestler. I find that more respectable.

BUT, just my opinion.

Though, Trish actually did become a good wrestler from around 2004-retirement.

Hardcore Lita fans will always think Lita is better then Trish at everything, and they are blind as a bat. Hardcore Trish fans will always think Trish is better than Lita than anything, that guess what, THEY are blind as a bat.

I'm a bigger fan of Trish than of Lita, but I'm not going to deny that Lita is one of the top female wrestling stars of all time. I refuse to say that one is better than the other. You can't have one without the other, in my honest opinion. Both will be remembered for going the extra mile to entertain the fans and changing the face of women's wrestling.

I think they were both great, even though Lita will always be the better of the two to me(She's my favorite diva of ALL time, second only to Sable), I still think they were both awesome, and their fued was one of, if not the greatest diva fued EVER!! They went hard on each other.

Without Trish...There would have been a Lita. Lita was a big name before Trish was even mentioned in the same sentence as womens wrestler. Trish was the one restraining Lita in her career. Without Trish, Lita would have most likely defeated Chyna or won the battle royal back in 02 to win the womens title. Even with the injuries, Trish was the other affect on her career. She might not have had the legendary fued she had with Trish, but she was sure as hell over before Trish even got involved with her.

im sorry but i disagree Lita was good but she would of been the next chyna in WWF no one was in her level in wrestling skills and knowing how to act other than Trish. Trish was a model first than wrestler but do you think her being a model first she had to work even harder to get where she is now lita came in to WWF as a wrestler. now im not saying Lita didnt work hard she did. i like both Lita and Trish I liek trish alittle more. But if Trish was not there Lita would of been the next chyna till Victoria would come in but if Lita was not there trish would of came in and would of been Chyna till victoria came in

Trish was like the only diva that actually worked hard to become a wrestler. Todays divas "say" they're improving, bull shit. The rest, were wrestlers from start, to finish. Trish was the only "model" turned wrestler which was ok.

The rest pretty much suck ass, expecially with Candice's remark when she left "it was something I didn't need to do" or whatever the hell she said. Seriously, if you don't "need" to wrestle, stay the hell out of the ring.

yea trish worked her ass off to become good in the ring thats why i like her Lita is a hard worker also thats why i liked her

This was a rivalry/friendship of about 7 years and they will rememberd for that.

No not really, it's just stupid that everyone is like "Trish will be remembered, but Lita was still the better wrestler"

In the end, let's face it, both were popular but neither of them were any pro's in the ring. Trish was overhyped and Lita was sloppy like fuck. I have all the respect in the world for these two, they are the greatest females in the history of women's wrestling, but the two were far from the greatest wrestlers in the world. Yeah all of them have a few 5 star matches under their belt but it seems their more remembered for the match then their actual opponent, who for some reason was far more talented then them. But because they were WWE's Pet Projects, the matches are remembered because Lita or Trish was in it. Greatest Icon's in the history of women's wrestling...yes, Greatest Wrestlers of all time....i think not. Both were equally talented in the ring, but far from the greatest....nuff said.

you dont need to be the greatest wrestler to be the greatest womens performer. Lita and Trish certainly are not the best wrestlers, but they made the biggest impact and where the two that changed the shape of womens wrestling, is wht his point is i think

They ain't no where near this guy, but same can be said as Hogan. Sucks as a in ring wrestler, but he will be remembered as the greatest performer the WWE has ever had because he took the WWF out of "regional" status into "holy shit, I am famous" status.

Just another case of IWC people thinking that pro wrestling is all about knowing how to break you neck faster when it's really all about performing a drama.

I am a bigger fan of Lita but Trish is my # 2 so I have no hate for her. Lita was just more entertaining to me. I like her moves more and her look so that is why she is my favorite wrestler ever.

As for who will be remembered more, I think Trish will but it isn't like people don't speak of them in the same sentence. Trish had the women's title 7x's so right there she will be remembered forever. Lita was one of the most popular divas and hated divas ever so that is good. Both of these divas did so much for women's wrestling and without the other they wouldn't of had such an impact as they did with each other. In the end they will both be in the Hall Of Fame but I think Trish will probably go in first and then Lita 2-3 years later. They probably don't want to put a diva in each year because they have to save them. .
