Amid much speculation, Christina Milian now confirms that she is going to have a baby.
"My husband and I are expecting," she told PEOPLE Friday night. "We're about four and a half months along, about 19 weeks."
With a noticeable bump under her flowing dress, Milian said she knows the sex of the child but wants to keep it secret.
"We're really excited," she said.
With her husband, singer-songwriter The Dream, absent at MGM Grand's Tabù lounge, Milian sipped water and danced on her VIP table with a group of girlfriends.
The confirmation of the pregnancy comes less than a month after she was married in Vegas. The wedding, though, wasn't nearly as spontaneous as some fans suspected.
"Honestly, it was kind of planned," she said. "We were engaged for many months."
