this thread is kinda silly, but there is this one dude, a fan that ive seen at countless wwe/ecw and wcw events near the front rows...he wears "the beatle" style sunglasses and as long ass black hippy hair.
the two ones i can remember him bein at currently are SSeries 2002 and at Micke Foleys last match in ECW i think it was called the Big Ass Extreme Bash. Im sure he was at RR 2001 too
anyone know of this wrestling front row seat hog LOL

who? the only guys i know of that can be seen or were seen at every event were the Hat Guy, he was at every old ECW event....and the Sign Guy thats at every ppv

Wait, nevermind, Im thinking about the guy who always sits with the guy you're talking about. There was about 5 or 6 regular fans that always sat in the same spot.

The ones I can think of are Sign Guy, Straw Hat Guy, Dread Guy, and Faith No More Guy. Faith No More Guy is who you're thinking of. He had gunglasses, long hair and beard and wore FNM stirts alot.

Like I said, there were like 5 or 6 guys who were at nearly every taping, in the same seats. They gained notoriety over the years as the company grew. They even turned Sign Guy into a gimmick for a Dudley. One time Straw Hat Guy didn't have his hat and everyone in the building was chanting 'wheres your hat?' haha
ECW fans were infamous for being blood thirsty, critical and outspoken. and the fans had their leaders haha. They really had a special thing going with the wrestlers, not like crowds of today.
They really were an important part of the show.

Yeah really. Its not a bad little story, and if it was just in his book that'd be ok. But Im pretty sure its in ALL his books, and he talks about it in alot of interviews and stuff. Even still. I'm pretty sure he talked about it on a Spin Cycle he did a few months ago. I love Foley but I'm sick of hearing about that damn Cane Dewey sign.
