I don't see how the WWE can legally do that. TNA owns the rights to the footage.

you dont see TNA bitch when WWE still use footage of ppl like Angle or someone. or that Tazz is still commentating on some of the "from the vault" and on SvR 2010

Yeah I agree Blue. WWE preaches from their pedistals that TNA is so far below them that they dont even consider them competition, then they pull stuff like this, which really only makes them look like petty liars.

they arent going to pull him from commentary on videos while he was with the company

But still Christian, R Truth and Gail Kim were in TNA and what they did in TNA is none of WWE's concern and I hope TNA sues they asses.

its not that big of a deal. all tna needs to do is show that they can legally have the videos up, thats why u only see them doing it on the web.
