The Glamazon, Beth Phoenix has a big supporter on her new home in the form of lead SmackDown writer, Michael Hayes.
Hayes, we’re told, is said to be a big fan of Phoenix and was ‘thrilled’ when she was moved to the blue brand in the big Diva Trade three weeks ago.
As a result, the two time Women’s Champion is likely to receive a sizable role on SmackDown. Though not confirmed, the match that will air tomorrow on SmackDown could be turned into an angle with Beth squashing ‘local jobbers’ over the next month or so, with the idea of re-establishing her and eventually giving her a big push for the Women’s Title.
Needless to say, whichever route they go — Beth is in safe hands with Michael Hayes at the helm.

Good for her. Beth is awesome. Its good a head honcho likes her. I hope they are building her up for another championship run and hopefully a face turn.

Ok if not the truth and just my "opinion"...just answer this....since the introduction of the Divas title on SD which Fued for either the women/Divas championship on SD hasn't involved Michelle McCool?

dont really watch smackdown, so idk. i do remember that a fued with maria and melina was in the works before maria went to do the apprentice show. even though it did have michelle in the begining it was suppose to be them 2 at the end.

but tbh the same thing could be said about raw, when has their been a fued not having the womens champ invovled.

^I think Beth v Melina when they had their I Quit match. Mickie was champ at that time.

Again again changing the topic..... i'm talking about championship feud right now, i could give a rats ass about none title fueds....let me review for you:

Michelle beats Natalya for the gold.....
Michelle parades a few months with it..Maryse wins it....they continue their thing and when it seemed like Maryse will move along and fued with the gold with Gaile while Michelle might feud with Maria....Maryse gets drafted to Raw, along came melina to SD. Now WWE could have given Natalya a shot at the gold...or maybe give Layla a first time go....but noooo they faze out the whole Maria-Michelle thing...just so Michelle could have the glory of taking the belt off Melina and since that draft it's been the Michelle-Melina saga. What happened on Raw??? Well on Raw Maryse fueded with Mickie till Mickie eventually won...then Mickie went on to feud with not only Beth Phoenix...but also Alicia Fox...wow wait...look at that...2 diffrent people WOW...wait wait that's not all....she dropped it to Jillian and then to Melina....wait wait...am i mistaken? no Mickie or Michelle involved in a title feud wow. But since then what has Michelle done? Oh yeah feud with Melina....and uhh wait...that's it right?

Now Mickie is the "first step"...first step to what? To Michelle eventually dropping the gold to Beth (Who btw....took a back seat to Mickie....while Mickie was champion...remember that? Pretty similar to when Mickie took a back seat when beth was champion so that she could feud with Kelly & Melina)....well Michelle wouldn't know about taking a backseat now would she?

All i'm waiting on is for Beth to win the gold....drop it to Michelle 2 months later so that Mickie could chase after it again.....while Layla & Natalya waste away on SD doing what they've been doing all this time.....nothing. And again...i wish this is just an "opinion" because aside from my "Beth winning" prediction everything just said there.....was again...as usual...down to the bone...facts.

What point have you proven exacally? That everyone with the exception of Michelle McCool is able to have a feud without the title? I mean Layla & Eve did it, Natalya & Eve did it....wow wait...which was the none-title feud Michelle was involved in?? wait wait i know....when Jillian jobbed out to her with no success of helping her get any reaction at all....yups guess you proved some point

I still dont like Michael Hayes but good for Beth.

That is cool. Beth hasn't been champ since the Rumble so she should become a 3x champ soon enough. I hope she turns face thought because Mickie needs a partner with skills. .

Once she is champ her matches with McCool, Natalya, and Mickie should be great. SD divas are so much better than Raw. I feel sorry for Melina and Gail!
