The Beast Is Back: Awesome Kong is eating TNA Knockouts for lunch again. Sweet. When Kong was the monster who just steamrolled over the entire Knockout division some months back, it drove ratings up because TNA fans wanted to see two things: one, Kong eat everyone's lunch, and two: set up one particular wrestler to be the one to defeat the undefeatable Kong. Taylor Wilde was supposed to be that white-hot face to take that spot, and it didn't go as well as TNA had wanted. So, let's hit the reset button and try the angle again. Should be interesting. - Quote :

Costume Contest: This was just a waste of time. I did like Layla's Michael Jackson impression. She really should have won. I'm just so sick and tired of these types of segments with the Divas. We've seen them so many times over the years. It always is the same. WWE likes to start Divas feuds based on the losers of dance, costume, swim suit, etc. contests being upset at the winners. Great writing. On a bit of a side note, Natalya tried to clothesline Mickie James, but she ducked. Then, after totally missing her, Natalya accelerated to "accidentally" clothesline one of the other Divas (don't recall which one). That just looked bad.
Raw's Got Talent: It is segments like this that make me hope the guest host deal is going to come to an end soon. We saw something similar with the Price is Raw when Bob Barker hosted. It wasn't entertaining and didn't advance anything. There were a few funny moments. I liked Santino Marella's impression of Ozzy Osbourne, but the humor wasn't up to Santino's standards. Chris Masters' peck dancing was actually the most impressive and entertaining thing he has ever done in WWE, which is probably not a good thing. I'm sick and tired of Chavo Guerrero's never ending feud with the guest hosts. I don't ever want to see the Great Khali on my tv. The concept was lame as there were buzzers for each judge to use, but they never seemed to use them as Jerry Lawler buzzed each one. He apparently didn't pay attention to the script as he acted surprised that the judged enjoyed Masters' performance. It was a waste of time.
Divas Battle Royale: WWE has to stop doing Divas Battle Royales for at least 6 months. I honestly have no idea when the last one was, but it seems like they do them at least every 2 months. Even if that isn't the case, that is the perception. I don't need to see another for a long time. I hate that the Divas can be thrown under the bottom rope and still be eliminated. That is so weak. Also, all Battle Royales should have at least ten wrestlers in them. Six isn't enough. Considering that there was only one heel in the match, it was fairly predictable that Alicia Fox was going to win. At least there seemed to be some tension between Gail Kim (who was eliminated too early) and Kelly Kelly. Maybe a heel turn is in the works for Kim which would at least give her a chance to do something on Raw.

| the way it's quoted...looks like it came from another forum, which is why I asked silly. all the misses are WWE misses and all i have to say to that is...it's WWE...they are known for craptacular matches like the battle royals and stupid segments with the divas. But it all comes down to them wanting to appeal to kids..not us fans who want to see Melina vs Jillian in a cage..rather than Jillians "singing" then getting slapped by Sharon Osbourne. | |

| I hate when Layla dances. She looks like she needs a ambulance to take her to the emergency room. She's a HOT girl but the dancing has got to stop. She dances like my grandpa who has shakes. And whoever said the writers always base diva fueds on lost bikini, swimsuit or lingerie contest or makeup is DEAD ON. It's their only forumla for the women. Can you imagine if the male fueds were based on that? Randy stalking Kofi because he wins a swim trunks contest. Or Shelton Benjamin attacking Dolph Ziggler for using his shampoo. STUPID? Yes. So why do they think that it makes sense with the divas. | |

LOL. Actually I think ALL the divas suck at dancing. I think the WWE is hoping to strike gold with someone who can dance like Beyonce, Ciara or Britney Spears but nope none of them do.

| I think PWTorch was spot on with all of this.
However, I do think that we needed Kong to stop steamrolling everyone for a while. While it was great to see the build up waiting for that one woman that could take her down, it got rather tiring to watch 1 -2 min absolute squash matches.
