Subject: Becoming a Wrestler/Manager.... my fifth week Fri 06 Nov 2009, 9:01 am

Hey guys

I just want to post a blog after this week wrestlingtraining I had smile

Tuesday - 3rd November 2009

We learned on tuesday how to do bridges from nearly any position and to make a good counter with that bridge. At first it was a little bit difficult but after good 10 times at first it was easy to do. And for the last at the training we had done some "Sumo" Fights... it was pretty funny but hard as well, but from my team I was on place 4th so I was a lil bit happy that I wasn't on the last place *haha* :D After the training I had talked with Wesna about SHIMMER and she said that she will have 2 matches there, for the dvd tapings... I said that I totally love SHIMMER and I watch the last weeks alot of the matches from SHIMMER. Before we all been say bye, I wished Wesna alot of luck and that she doesn't injure herself at the SHIMMER Tapings.

Thursday - 5th November 2009

On Thursday I learned my first combination... a combination from the Lock Up, in the Wrist Lock, to the Hammerlock into the Side Headlock then do a quick side turn to the Side Headlock in the other direction and then the hand that is on my hips from the opponent, to take that hand and do a quick wrist lock. I was happy to have my first combination. Then we had to wrestle on the ground and do some submissions and I done a bridge headlock, so the trainers said I should stuck with that move as my main submission move because it suit my person of beeing so tall and have long legs. After the training I talked with my main trainer and I ask him when the next GWF Show is here in Berlin and he said in December is the last GWF Show for this year... so I ask him if I can get called up as a Manager as I want to be get called up, so he said he will think about it and for which wrestler I will be a Manager. He said I should pick some moves that I want to learn that suit also both manager characters (a heel/face), to pick a Entrance Theme and because I am so flexible like no other in my promotion a very scary submission move I will take in from the opponent.

The Sugar Rush
Sitout Facebuster

Finishing Move:
Scissors Kick (my 1st move I learned)

why would he want that generic move? i told him to flash the person hes fighting aganist, wont be effective much but it will cause me to laugh my ass off.
