| i wanna see Kane v Taker for the title.....but i feel it will be Jericho v Taker, which can build up the feud they are supposed to be having. Im guessing only ME matches are TLC matches....so to crush everyones dreams we wont be seeing Mickie/Michelle or Melina/ALicia in a TLC match wahooo | |

| Wouldn't be surprised to see DX get the belts since Jericho and Big Show are having problems, unless they still want to turn Triple H or HBK heel.
Not interested in the Cena/Sheamus match, dude was pushed too fast and I don't care about him at all. Pretty sure Cena will win

| Like The Main Event and I hope Sheamus wins but I am sure they will put super Cena over him. This just means in the long run Sheamus is gonna be a future world champion so people better get use to him. | |

| I hope Cena wins at the PPV. I havent been impressed with Sheamus tbh. I think we may get the womens title since the divas title had the ppv slot last time and Mickie v Michelle has been going on longer then Maryse v Melina which just started last night. I hope DX win so they can feud with Hart Dynasty. | |

Neither, not a fan of Shelton and Kofi isn't ready just yet. I just find Sheamus boring and he is being pushed way too soon. It's nice that they're trying to have different superstars in the spotlight now but the guy just got on Raw like what, 2 or 3 weeks ago? They should've kept building him up and maybe he would've been ready sometime next year.

| Sheamus is a better wrestler than shelton? And you call others the mark. They had to have Sheamus attack commentators and ring crew to get over, and even that hasn't helped substancially. He can't get over other than beating up on people....Pretty sad. Tey had to do the same with Michelle. | |

| no one is denying Sheltons wrestling ability i'm not holding my breath with Sheamus either. im gonna see if it takes Sheamus the 1 try to DO something like someone like Kofi, or a billion trys like Shelton. you can have all the talent in the ring in the world, but if your not gonna try, other then hitting spots in OMG ladder matches, then your pushes will be few and far between, and your chance at MEing will not arrive, this has been the story of Sheltons career...and as i said i aint holding my breath on Sheamus, but we will see which route he goes down, with this current push | |

| Watch him in his early days, he was technical and a mat wrestler. Funny how people never call the big guys spot monkeys, when all they do is a big boot, pick them for a powerbomb, knee them in the head...Thats not real wrestling. He is boring, and he still isn't over. | |

| he was a mat wrestler until they started putting him in every ladder match that they could think of, thus it turned him into a spotmonkey. i could care less what hes done in the past, i care about what hes doing now. and tell me, whens the last time you saw Big Show do a moonsault off the top rope. or Khali dive onto a group of guys on the outside. big guys like Kane arent spotmonkeys, even though he does a top rope clothesline because thats what hes known for. they arent known for dives onto tables | |

Early days? Next to Jericho, who the fuck works over their opponents more than Shelton Benjamin? Not Cena with his sissy comeback punches and wack Superman style..not Batista with his goofy ass fake power wrestling that he can't pull off right..not Edge with the weakest finisher this side of Cena...not HHH with his crippled ass needing tag matches to get by instead of working every week....not Ziggler who is the real spotmonkey...Morrison? A fake AJ Styles but with less psychology and no ability to tell a story at all...Kofi can't even throw a damn right hand correctly ala John Cena and Morrison...and Shawn is so damn broken down that he is in the same boat of Cripple H. Horrible. Evan Bourne=SPOT worker. Ryder? He's been carried in every long match he's ever had and that's been reported. No wonder he gets no sustained push. The only pure wrestlers out there week to week is Chris Jericho, Christian, Shelton, CM Punk, William Regal, and Finlay when he's allowed to work. Shelton and Jericho are the ones that work over body parts, that implement long term selling in matches, that can pull innovative counters out of their asses like it isn't shit. They have no peer in 2009. That kid up there talking about spot work doesn't even know what that is. A spot worker is what Chris Sabin, Alex Shelley, AJ Styles, Chris Daniels, Morrison, Ziggler, Foley, Cena, Jeff Hardy..those types. They have no sense of mat wrestling in the least. Shelton has the best ground, aerial, and finisher counters in the WWE. But since you don't really watch his matches, you wouldn't know that. LOL@some hick saying that Sheamus, a guy who can't work 10 minutes, is on the same planet as Shelton Benjamin. Shelton was outworking Lesnar, Mysterio, and Kurt Angle in 2003. Sheamus can't even outwork the Big Show. LMAO. Wild.

| what. i watched a docu on Andre the Giant last night, well this morning. And one thing i can remember is how they said in the 50s and 60s promoters learned quickly that pure and olympic style wrestling bored the crowd very quickly. SO who gives a hell if they are a pure wrestlers, unless they can do things during the match to entertain us ala Jericho, Regal, Christian etc, otherwise they are just gonna be boring ala Benjamin, who only gets any sort of cheap pop for running up a ladder....at least thats my view, always had always will | |

| Look, Shelton benjamin is a highly talented wrestler. WWE has given him many opportunity's to shine. He failed. He is just too much of a shy guy keep to yourself kinda guy. It's how he is. His personality is what hinders him of portraying his character.
Has wwe pushed guys who lack personality? Yes, Chris Benoit is a prefect example. He came out wrestle his little heart out and head back. It worked for him, and within a decade we might see Shelton getting that kind of treatment because of his dedication and commitment to the company over the years. But as for now, he does not have the ability to portay characters. Is Shelton a great athlete? i don't think anyone denied that. Could he be a main eventer? Without a doubt yes. But he doesn't have the personality or a HUGE enough fanbase to be put in that position now. He doesn't have the legacy to honor him in any way. Shelton will be in every MITB match, he'll be featured in probably Elimination Chamber matches in world title matches to "Steal the show" which he does in those matches. But that's all he is worth to the WWE right now.
Will WWE honor him down the road? Yeah, sure 10 maybe 15 years from now do i see Shelton with World title around hois waist? Probably, but that's just WWE thanking him for his time in the comapny and his dedication. Much like what they did with Chris benoit.
Why people get so prissy about things that are pretty damn obvious is just beyond me.

I agree with Rated X here, double standard much? What the fuck does a hick mean anyways? :ewwa: CP? Cena's not a spot monkey? Are you being serious right now? Spot Monkey in my opinion are those wrestlers that go out there and mostly do spots instead of wrestle. Cena, Kelly Kelly are two perfect examples of spot monkey. I dont think Ziggler and Morrison are spot monkeys though, they wrestle really well and are exciting to watch.

| they are repetitive. They keep doing the same moves match after match after match. The term spot monkey was named after sabu it's mainly a wreckless style of wrestling where the person throws their body around risking hurting themselves and other without a point or a storyline. New Jack,Sabu, Where they jumped off balcony, top rope, ladders to end matches. A spot monkey is a person who does like one move and that's what people remember like shelton in money in the bank running up the ladder. Hardy doing a swanton off at 20 foot ladder through a table. Cena is repetitive he does his 5 or 7 moves and normally has a storyline. | |

It would be nice to see him live up to the hype I use to have for him. But I am guessing that he will be out of the picture and they just put him in cause it was a ladder match.

It would be nice to see him live up to the hype I use to have for him. But I am guessing that he will be out of the picture and they just put him in cause it was a ladder match. i agree with both points, i was a big Shelton fan back when he first went to Raw *his first main push*, but after years of seeing him get his shots at moving forward and failing at them it kinda make me just not give a fuck about him, although i would love to see him finally rise to the occation and make it to ME. i also agree the only reason he IS in this match IS because its a LADDER match, both are famous for them in their own way, Christian revoloutionzed the ladder matches with Edge, Hardys and Dudleys and Shelton because he does his same spots. and although i agree with everything Kevin said, i dont think Shelton will get that world title in 10, 15 years like Benoit got. 2 main reasons within 10, 15 years Shelton *who is already 36 i think* will be 50, 51. and the second reason being, even though Benoit lacked character, and was plainly a plain techincal wrestler Benoit did have a fanbase and was over

| Yeah...Lets see how boring the table match with Sheamus vs Cena is. The only way Sheamus could win is in a table match, showing what confidence they have in him. | |

| Michelle keeps on talkin about not being in Diva style matches anymore, so put her to the test in a real gimmick match. Mickie vs Michelle in a table match at TLC....PLEASE! | |

| They won't do that shit, we already know they don't care about the divas anymore.
I think all the champs will retain though Batista could possibly win, ugh.
