(Spoilers) Tribute To The Troops Taping Results

My name is Derrick Wyatt, i am a long time fan of the site and have submitted info before. I'm currently stationed here at Joint Base Balad, Iraq where the WWE came and did their annual "Tribute to the Troops" christmas special today, Dec 4th, at noon. Here is a quick rundown of what happened:

'Un-aired'
Cryme time came out first, not a match, just to thank us for what we do/kind words and got the crowd warmed up.
Soldiers sung the national anthem.
MVP defeated Chris Masters

'Televised'
Video/Song Promo
Rey Mysterio and Mark Henry defeated Carlito and CM Punk. (both pinned simultaneously) *after the match, rey mysterio jumped from the ropes into the crowd.
Then Mark Henry faked doing the same. Very entertaining opening bout start to finish.

R-Truth was this years Santa...coming out with all the divas, passing out shirts, belts, calanders etc. Divas were VERY hot in the sexy santa outfits.

The Miz defeated John Morrison (pinned with feet on the ropes/ref didn't see it....non-titles bout)
John Cena defeated Chris Jericho (*wwe championship bout*...Cena was the very obvious crowd favorite)
After the match, Cena spoke with the crowd for a couple minutes and then called all the stars back out...some come out that didnt perform such as finley.

After the shows end, many of the wrestlers came into the crowd for pictures and autographs for about 20 minutes but we were then rushed to leave so they could clean up and there was going to be a photo/autograph op at 4pm. Shortly after 3, we're told the time was changed to 6pm. They did show up at 6, but we were then informed they literally had to be on the plane in about 2 hours, so there was NO autographs and only 1 group photo shot with your camera if you had one. This was the only time I seen Vince...he didn't come out during the show. In the days prior, the wrestlers were seen eating in the dfac/chow halls, shopping at the px's(post exchanges) and taking the regular tour of the base. I was able to meet Chris Masters and Carlito, who talked/laughed and joked with me and my platoon for a good half hour.

Sucks MVP's match is going to be non televised. I hope hes on the show. This sounds like a good show.

Sure it was a WWE Championship bout? Cos I've heard that Cena didn't have the WWE in Iraq with him and was talking about getting a rematch with Sheamus.

Pretty sure these spoilers are legit, the other shit was made up

Do people in the military get access to computers to do anything other than send messages home?

Obviously you have now, but it's your choice to believe what was on there or what's in front of your face right now

If it turns out that Cena retains at TLC then that would be the first piece of info that I have received that is false.

I don't have a Premium account on there so I don't actually get any of the early storyline plans that are likly to change.

wrestlingnewsworld is really reliable. if they made a mistake, someone gave them wrong spoilers, no biggie!

umm bro.....wrestling news sites make up shit most of the time. its inevitable...and this show was taped a few weeks ago...Cena is currently the WWE champion..so why wouldnt it be a title match if Cena IS the champion?

I'm sorry but God Damn Kelly Kelly's teeth and nostrALS (intentional spelling) keep me hypnotized. She's average at best. Take all that make up off and WOAH NELLY of course of course.

It does sond like a good show. I like Janine, wish that the MVP match was aired too.

Seriously, this show is for OUR AMERICAN TROOPS. I feel honored that they are showing it to non-military personnel.

It's also great that we get to see a human side of a lot of wrestlers that we don't normally get to see. Layla comes to mind. And for the first time, the Bellas, Eve and Alicia get a chance to prove they aren't just a good lookin' pair of tits.
