QOTR 2009 Round 1 - Serena Deeb vs Nicole Matthews

This yearly tournament is held to determine which woman had the most significant year, according to her accomplishments, improvement in wrestling skills and character portrayal, and how the fans perceive her, regardless of whether or not booking favored her.

In this match, you will be voting for SERENA DEEB or NICOLE MATTHEWS

SERENA DEEB’s 2009 Highlights:
- currently the Queen of FCW after defeating Angela Fong in a one-on-one match
- challenged for the Shimmer title, but was unable to win it from MsChif
- competed in a steel cage match for the OVW Women’s Championship


Nicole Matthews’s 2009 Highlights:
- became one-half of the Shimmer Tag Team Champions on May 3, 2009
- was Super Girls Champion until February 7, 2009
- fought Daizee Haze to a 20-minute time limit draw on Shimmer Vol. 23

Based on the highlights looks like Nicole had a better year. Serena had a good year too, maybe we will see her on the main roster in the next year.

Matthews is a very good performer from what I've watched. I can't say much about Deeb so I'm just going to vote Nicole here.

Deeb is a future wwe women's champ so she gets my vote!

I Like the Deeb, but shes no Canadian Ninja. Matthews is an amazing old school wrestler, and a top notch heel. Her matches with Daizee Haze this year were great, and shes the current Shimmer tag champ.

I think Serena's the better wrestler, but I couldn't choose but knew Serena'd probably get the win for being in fcw.
