December 8, 2009, a new promotion "SMASH" was announced at a press conference held in Tokyo.
Former WWE&ECW SUPERSTAR TAJIRI has become a producer of the wrestling department.
SMASH are planning to set up three division,MMA,Pro-wrestling,Kick Boxing,as foster world-class athletes.
