This yearly tournament is held to determine which woman had the most significant year, according to her accomplishments, improvement in wrestling skills and character portrayal, and how the fans perceive her, regardless of whether or not booking favored her.

ALISSA FLASH’s 2009 Highlights:
- defeated long-time rival Wesna in a Knockout/Submission match on Shimmer Vol. 26
- defeated Cody Deaner in an intergender Lumberjack match
- as Raisha Saeed, advanced to the semifinals of the TNA Tag Team Tournament with Awesome Kong


VICKIE’s 2009 Highlights:
- was General Manager of both RAW and Smackdown this year
- was recently appointed the Smackdown Consultant
- won the Miss Wrestlemania title from Santina Marella on an episode of RAW

its difficult to judege this based on one being a wrestler, and one being a personality

i guess as far as career growth, Alissa beoming Alissa has done a lot more for her then Vickie being Vickie has, Vickie was a heat machine in 2008 aswell as 2009, she had big storylines, but then left, came back with some nobody, which lasted like a month...and since then shes not doing much else

Vickie is one annoying b*****. Alissa gets my vote.

I voted for Vickie. The Fans love to hate her. She works the mic good. Had a great year being the GM the heel heat she got was amazing.

Flash is a great talent on Shimmer AND tna. Vicki is a great heel, but she dosnt wrestle.

Alissa gets my vote of course.
