Actress Brittany Murphy Dies.

TMZ reports that actress Brittany Murphy died Sunday morning after suffering full cardiac arrest.
An emergency call was made from the home of Murphy's husband Simon Monjack at 8am.

The actress, 32, was pronounced dead on arrival after being taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Murphy has appeared in Clueless, 8 Mile and Sin City.

omfg Not Brittanny. I loved her in Clueless. this just.....this doesnt make any sense. She was so young.

I loved her in "Riding in Cars With Boys" that "my daughter is a tramp" scene was awesome! and she was a damn good singer.

This sucks. I liked her in that movie with dakota fanning...where she played her nanny. That one was a good movie too.

oh i see. he probably known her since before she became famous. Love like that is one of a kind. too many people out there would probably be all over because she is famous.

Reports are saying Brittany Murphy's own mother discovered Murphy completely unconscious in the shower on Sunday morning!

No mother should ever find their child this way!!!!

The paramedics declared Murphy had gone into full cardiac arrest upon their arrival and immediately administered CPR at the scene and continued to try and revive Brittany in the ambulance.

As we reported earlier, the 32-year-old actress was announced dead on arrival when she arrived at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles County Coroner's office is expected to take Murphy's body into custody later today and begin the autopsy and investigation of her death.

Brittany Murphy's husband, Simon Monjack, told hospital staff at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center he did not want an autopsy performed on his deceased wife, multiple sources tell TMZ.



We're told, however, despite Monjack's wishes, the L.A. County Coroner's office will perform an autopsy on Murphy. As we first reported, Murphy went into cardiac arrest this morning and could not be revived.

TMZ has also learned Britney Murphy's mother, who found Murphy unconscious in the shower and called 911, told paramedics her daughter had a history of diabetes. We have not been able to confirm if Murphy did indeed have diabetes, and if so, whether it contributed to her death.

And Cardiac Arrest can be caused by many things. A Drug overdose is one of them.

I've heard that it could've been cocaine, that's supposedly why she got so skinny. This is just so sad and shocking. She did great in Clueless and 8 Mile, wasn't she in Girl Interrupted as well?

Cocaine was the first thing my Aunt said when she heard, but we can't be sure.
