| The Kingston Times News has reported that former WWE & TNA star Kid Kash, real name David Cash, has been arrested on charges of identity theft, theft of property and forgery. Specifically, he was arrested on 4 counts of identity theft, 2 counts of forgery under $500 and four counts of theft of property under $500.
According to the report, the charges came about when Cash allegedly used the credit card of a female acquaintance four times without her permission.
Cash is maintaining that he had permission to use the card, and had used it multiple times with the female's permission.
Cash is being held on $10,000 bond in a Washington County detention center in Tennessee and is scheduled to go before the court on 1/4/10. | |
