| Orton vs HBK was aight, wasn't really into it for some odd reason! I will say that HBK needs to do something about his hair, He's going bald and its distracting I think the only way HBK will face Taker is to cost him the title at EC in three weeks. It's the only way | |

| No but I can totally tell you what will happen during the Divas title match: Maryse hairflips, Gail goes on the offensive getting in an impressive amount of moves in 2 minutes. Maryse gains upper hand and does a kick and a forearm smash, but misses her next forearm giving the offensive back to Gail; Gail dominates, but misses a crossbody, Maryse does the French Kiss and wins using only 1 move during the entire match making her the new female Cena of RAW.
Time: 3 minutes. | |

| lol, Cena actually LOST last night, he LOST in his match with Sheamus and he will LOSE at Elimination Chamber. I'd put money on Triple H winning before I would Cena, he's the one who literally buries people, he's got the power to do what he wants when he wants all because he's fucking Steph.
Anyway, beginning was frickin awesome, loved seeing Edge own Sheamus. It's about time someone shut him up.
Cena vs Rhodes was too short and nothing special and yes, we knew Cena would win but who wouldn't win against Rhodes? I still find it funny that Cena has a back injury but he's gonna be in the chamber, what are they gonna do, limit his time to 2 minutes? Oh wait, he was already in the rumble for awhile last night...
Swagger vs Triple H, again, we knew Triple H would win because Swagger frickin sucks and Triple H is fucking Steph.
The unpredictable match was HBK vs Orton which I thought was good and I don't mind Orton being in the chamber one bit since he had taken a break from the main event before his match with Sheamus.
I knew Dibiase would win because of his future feud with Orton. I wouldn't be surprised to see him eliminate Orton in the chamber
Kofi and Big Show was pretty predictable as well, poor Kofi botched close to the end of the match though.
Divas segment was rather lame, Maryse annoys me so much. I'm kinda glad the match didn't happen tonight because I didn't feel like seeing her b***** ass win.
Great seeing Bret again but what in the fuck was Batista doing there??? Stay on SD where you belong fucking b***** and where was the pretty boy Cena to help his boy out??? He was the one talking shit to Vince with that damn promo last week.
And Shatner was hilarious, I loved him singing some of the theme songs

their a nfl player dwight freeney who got a torn mcl is gonna play in the superbowl because you can drug them up to not feel it.
they will notice it still effect them but they don't feel the pain they drugged up a very high pain killer shot that's what they will do with cena couple minutes before the match. that's how these injuries are normally handle they rest them up or drug them up.

| Here how they treat herniated and bulging discs
Rest & Activity Modification The first treatment is to rest and avoid activities that aggravate your symptoms. Many disc herniations will resolve is given time. In these cases, it is important to avoid activities that aggravate your symptoms.
Ice & Heat Applications Ice and heat application can be extremely helpful in relieving the painful symptoms of a disc herniation. By helping to relax the muscles of the back, ice and heat applications can relieve muscle spasm and provide significant pain relief.
Physical Therapy Physical therapy and lumbar stabilization exercises do not directly affect the herniated disc, but they can stabilize the lumbar spine muscles. This has an effect of decreasing the load experienced by the disc and vertebrae. Stronger, well balanced muscles help control the lumbar spine and minimize the risk or injury to the nerves and the disc.
Anti-Inflammatory Medications Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications (NSAIDs) are commonly prescribed, and often help relieve the pain associated with a disc herniation. By reducing inflammation, these medications can relieve some pressure on the compressed nerves. NSAIDs should be used under your doctor's supervision.
Oral Steroid Medications Oral steroid medications can be very helpful in episodes of an acute (sudden) disc herniation. Medications used include Prednisone and Medrol. Like NSAIDs, these powerful anti-inflammatory medications reduce inflammation around the compressed nerves, thereby relieving symptoms.
Other Medications Other medications often used include narcotic pain medications and muscle relaxers. Narcotic pain medications are useful for severe, short-term pain management. Unfortunately, these medication can make you drowsy and can be addictive. It is important to use these for only brief periods of time. Muscle relaxers are used to treat spasm of spinal muscles often seen with disc herniations. Often the muscle spasm is worse than the pain from the disc pressing on the nerves.
Epidural Steroid Injections Injections of cortisone can be administered directly in the area of nerve compression. Like oral anti-inflammatory medications, the idea is to relieve the compression on the nerves. When the injection is used, the medication is delivered to the area of the disc herniation, rather than being taken orally and travelling throughout your body. Is surgery necessary in the treatment of a disc herniation? As mentioned, treatment of a disc herniation usually begins with the steps listed above. However, surgical treatment of a herniated disc may be recommended soon after the injury if there is a significant neurological deficit to your problem. Symptoms on pain and sensory abnormalities usually do not require immediate intervention, but patients who have significant weakness, any evidence of cauda equina syndrome, or a rapidly progressing problem may require more prompt surgical treatment.
Most often surgery is recommended if more conservative measures do not relieve your symptoms. Surgery is performed to remove the herniated disc, and free up space around the compressed nerve. Depending on the size and location of the herniated disc, and associated problems (such as spinal stenosis, arthritis, etc.), the surgery can be done by several techniques. In very straightforward cases, endoscopic or microscopic excision of the herniated disc may be possible. However, this is not always recommended, and in some cases, a more significant surgery may need to be performed.

| I said I was gonna wait it out to see what he did in the next few weeks because you can't believe everything you fucking read. He was in the rumble for awhile last night and will be in the chamber for awhile so like I said, I call bullshit. Now, if any of you Cena haters or people who believe every single thing that comes from a site want to believe the shit then go ahead | |

but his injury stemmed from the Casket Match at the Rumble prior, so tbh he was working 3 months with severe pain. he retired after that and it almost cost him career
