Breaking News: Randy Orton Accused Of Assaulting Fan

A 15-year-old male is accusing Randal Orton (a/k/a Randy Orton) of assault for allegedly spitting gum in his face and swearing at him outside the Kowloon Restaurant in Boston, Mass. after asking the WWE Superstar to pose with him for a photo.

After Orton allegedly spit gum in the 15-year-old's face and called him a "derogatory name," the juvenile's mother confronted him, who allegedly told her, "so sue me" when she voiced her protest.

A report was filed with local police, who say a hearing has been requested for Orton to face charges of simple assault and battery. A clerk magistrate will determine if the incident warrants a criminal complaint.

While the article states that the incident took place yesterday, it should be noted that WWE was actually in the Boston area last Friday for a live RAW event.

Kowloon is a frequent stop for wrestlers and other athletes who perform in the Boston area.

He got a history of assaulting fans and stuff who ask for his autograph.

This is about 3rd or 4th incident I heard about him with assaulting a fan asking for a autograph or photo with him.

I wouldnt be surprised. I've read numerous reports that he's a bit of a jerk in person.

exactly...but read the part where it says the incident was reported YESTERDAY and WWE was in the area last week. if Orton actually spit in the kids face...why not report it right after instead of waiting 4 days

I think it's a little overboard. I know Orton is a jerk but the kid could've gotten pissed because he couldn't have a pic with Orton and started shit with him.

As much as I like Randy, I'm not surprised. We've heard about how he is over the years with fans. I'm sure none of us would want someone's spit filled gum flying towards our face no matter who it was. I'd rip my brother or sisters teeth out if they even tried that crap. Vince just needs to make Orton pay this family and teach wrestlers a better way to handle fans when they're tired or busy. It's not that hard to blow people off in a manner that doesn't end in ssault charges.

Yes, and I agree, D - it isn't confirmed that this is truth or not; so until it is... reputation is meaningless.

I think Orton might have the same problem MVP had this time last year. One of the main catalyst's for MVP's losing streak was that MVP was staying in character in real like and as a result was seen as quite a jerk.

If Orton's doing the same, expect a vile Orton until WWE punishes him.

It is being reported that a 15-year old kid is suing Randy Orton after the latter spit gum in the kid's face swore at him outside Kowloon Restaurant.



This seems to have happened on the 12th of January, the same date when the suing report was filed at the Saugus Police Department to report the assault in the Kowloon parking lot earlier that the day.



According to the Police Lt. Leonard Campanello, the victim alleged that Orton reacted angrily after being requested for a photo at around 6:30 p.m. The Police officer also said that there exists an eye witness who is another juvenile male also present in the
parking lot at the time of the happening.



The teenager told police he took a photograph of Orton in the parking lot and then asked to pose with him for another shot. But according to the victim, Orton spit his gum at him and called him a "derogatory" name.



According to Campanello, when the teen's mother confronted Orton, the latter told her: "So sue me", and so they did.



Orton will now be accused with charges of simple assault and battery. A clerk magistrate will determine if the incident warrants a criminal complaint but as of this time, Orton has not been charged with anything.
