Ashley Massaro Headed To TNA?

Former WWE Diva Ashley Massaro attended the Survivor finale red carpet event held two weeks ago and was telling people that she's had discussions with Dixie Carter about working for TNA. Though there is a good chance she will ultimately wind up in the company, it's not expected to be imminent.

I really hope this is a rumor... I mean to lose Kong and Flash and gain ASSFACE? That would be a bigger blow then one could have imagined! Please be a rumor! We already have Lacey

Amazing Kong didn't leave TNA, she's in talks with TNA about leaving TNA, but is probably just trying to pressure them to get rid of Bubba.

They said she's asking for her release, but she nor TNA have officially confirmed it. And she said 2 days ago that the following day(yesterday) she'd be meeting with TNA. Plenty of starts have asked for their release and been talked out of it.(Tna's had dozens, and Carlito's the most recent WWE wrestler I can remember being talked out of it)

Carlito was bitching about not being used, Kong is bitching about the redicule and corruption in the company...Big difference. Either way, Alissa Flash is gone because of it, and I doubt Kong will stay.

You people need to get over Kong, she is not the savior of the knockouts division any longer. The knockouts won't be affected by her absense.

You can't leave a deal to sign a actual contract lol, that made NO sense. If she's signing a contract, it's while she's actually there.

Secondly TNA never released Angel Williams, Talia Madison, ODB to then sign them to a contract.

ANYWAY, I mean, those three girls you mentioned were signed straight up to contracts.

She IS working on a pay-per-appearance deal, which is smart of her in that it doesn't tie her down to TNA and TNA pays their roster by appearance anyway. The only downside is that she's guaranteed to never be pushed.

And they didn't release her, she asked for her release. She could be viewing her options, and one might be to sign onto a full contract with TNA. I don't mean that she specifically left just to resign, but she could want to leave her contract while the knockouts' roster is overloaded and the people who are being pushed are going to stay that way for the next few months, so why not leave for awhile and comeback. Maybe when she comes back she might sign an actual contract. She has enough people pulling for her backstage, and is over enough with the crowds that she could easily get her spot back.

She's been apart of the Chickfight promotion since the beginning and is very dedicated to it. The creator has a new project called Prowrestling Eve, except he can't use any TNA contracted people. However, if she leaves TNA she can help him out with everything and getting the new promotion afloat. That, and he's bring in joshi workers which I'm sure she'd love to wrestle.

She's not getting anywhere with this pay-per-appearance contract, and it's keeping her from working international shows. So maybe she wants to do some more international dates and do some straight up awesome wrestling before going back to TNA and possibly signing a full contract.

TNA has been very open with their women, allowing them to work all over actually. JAPW, SHIMMER, WEW, the girls are allowed to work other shows. TNA just works with an agree ment with the company and done. If your saying she is working a pay-per-appearance deal, then all the knockouts are, because every single knockout works outside of TNA, even Christy Hemme. So you explination makes no sense. they aren't allowed to work for Promotions who have TV deals, that's the only minor detail, which is why none of them works on ROH anymore. aside from that, they are allowed to work otuside of TNa, like their agreement with SHIMMER, their could only be a limited amount of DVD's released featuring TNA Talent and then the rest without them.

Don't ask me why, but the creator of prowrestling Eve specifically said he cannot use any one being used by TNA. This could mean he wants a national circulation, like Shimmer used to have with Best Buy.

He also doesn't have any contacts in TNA besides the women he's worked with.

And Alissa Flash signed a pay-per-appearance contract, I can ask her if you'd like, but last I heard that's what she was on. I'm not sure what the exact difference is but I assume it means she has more flexibility and can walk when she wants, like she did. Kong has to actually go through meetings and finalize paperwork and such if she wants to leave. And I assume that'd be why they wouldn't want to push a pay-per-appearance person, since they could leave right after winning the title or something.

And again, these are mere ponderings, besides the pay-per-appearance part, and again I can ask her on twitter if you'd like to confirm it.

pay per appearance = means you work when you're booked. its like working for a indy fed.

PPA can be a really good deal for someone whos marketable like she is
she could be working 3 or 4 days every 6 months and earn like 100K or more

she wont be earning 100K per appearance
