According to a rumored report from the PWInsider website, the possible reason Santino Marella was pulled from the official Royal Rumble 30-man match today on WWE.com was because he may have suffered some sort of injury during his match on this past Monday night's edition of WWE RAW.

Whether or not that is the official reason has yet to be revealed, although that is the early speculation
