Yesterday Michael Gencarelli told you that plans are afoot to film - or add the gimmick in post-production - “Transformers 3” in 3-D.
Today, I’m here to tell you that a couple more passengers just boarded the already-weighy bandwagon.
Screen Gems are planning to shoot the next “Underworld” flick – that’s “Underworld 4” for those still counting – in 3-D. Len Wiseman, who directed the first two films, is expected to return to the director’s chair for the Avatarish installment.
And who’ll be poking sharp instruments out of the screen at us? According to Bloody Disgusting, original leather-clad “Underworld” heroine (she, like her filmmaker husband, Wiseman, didn’t return for the previous film – in her case, she had a good excuse : It was a prequel) Kate Beckinsale.
The site suggests Beckinsale may only make a small appearance in the film though, with another hot pair of cheeks vamping out for the majority of the film’s duration.
