FCW TV TAPING - 02/04/2010
FCW Arena – Tampa, FL

Week One (airdate 02/14/2010)

Match 1: Alex Riley & Vance Archer beat Skip Sheffield & Big E. Langston when Riley pinned Langston

Lt GM Norman Smiley (with his assistant Liviana) came to the ring to announce that the main event of the first show will be an FCW Championship rematch between Justin Angel and Michael Tarver. He then brought out Aksana, acknowledging the awful last few weeks she's had… she was kidnapped, then the disappearance of her boyfriend Eli Cottonwood. He then said he had a surprise for Aksana and introduced Eli Cottonwood, who came out looking like 7’2’ preppie wearing a light blue knit sweater and jeans. I guess the days of being dressed straight from the sanitarium are over. Johnny Curtis came out and interrupted the reunion by challenging Cottonwood and hitting on Aksana.

Match 2: Queen Of FCW Match: A.J. Lee pinned Serena to become the new Queen of FCW

Match 3: Wes Brisco and Bo & Duke Rotundo defeated Donny Marlow and Jimmy & Jules Uso when Brisco pinned Marlow

Penny Cash did an interview segment with Florida Tag Team Champions Brett DiBiase and Joe Hennig (who was using a crutch). They acknowledged the many teams challenging them, specifically Vance Archer & Alex Riley. Joe said the injury was nothing and he’ll be back real soon.

Match 4: FCW Championship Match: Justin Angel and Michael Tarver wrestled to no contest when Wade Barrett shocked the crowd by jumping the announce table and guardrail and attackin both combatants. He threw Tarver out of the ring and brutalized Angel in the middle of the ring until officials forced him out. He then left through the back exit of the FCW Arena.

Week Two (airdate 02/21/2010)
Week two began with Wade Barrett claiming that he was paid a lot of money to do what he did to Justin Angel and that it was all business. Tarver came out fuming mad and accused Barrett of ruining his title shot. Barrett stated that Tarver was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Norman Smiley entered the ring and told them that if they wanted a shot at the champ, he will enter both of them in #1 Contender’s Fatal Four Way next week. He also said the other two participants will be the two who DO NOT get pinned in a Triple Threat Match later in this show.

Match 1: Triple Threat Match (The two who do not get pinned move on to a #1 contender Fatal Four Way next week along with Barrett & Tarver): Kaval defeated Trent Beretta & Alberto Banderas when he pinned Beretta

Match 2: FCW Diva’s Match: Naomi Night pinned Aksana

Courtney Taylor hosted an interview segment with the South Beach Boys. They said they are there to put the FCW Universe on notice that they are a serious threat to the Florida tag team champs. This promo was interrupted by Caylen Croft to let them know that The Dudebusters are the greatest team in FCW history. As Croft was chattering, Trent Beretta attacked Young & Watson from behind to start a full on Dudebuster ambush. Young & Watson quickly came back getting the upper hand as Curt Hawkins came to the ring with the 7” tall Jackson Andrews who brutally powerbombed Young & Watson as Croft & Beretta watched from ringside in shock. Hawkins grabbed the mic and told the crowd he is done with Croft & Beretta, and that he is no longer a Dudebuster. He now has his own 7 foot giant.

Match 3: Heath Slater pinned Wes Brisco

Match 4: Vance Archer pinned Bo Rotundo

Week Three (airdate 02/28/2010)
Match 1: Mixed Tag Match: Penny Cash & Donny Marlow defeated A.J Lee & Johnny Prime when Cash pinned Lee

Match 2: Vance Archer pinned Brett DiBiase

FCW champ Justin Angel came to the announce table to help call the next match.

Match 3: #1 Contender’s Fatal Four Way: Kaval defeated Wade Barrett, Michael Tarver, & Alberto Banderas when he made Banderas tap out

Match 4: FCW Championship Match (special outside enforcer referee Arn Anderson): Justin Angel pinned Curt Hawkins after outside interference from The Dudebusters backfired thanks to Anderson. After the match, Hawkins yelled "that's why I dropped you!" to Croft & Beretta.
