Why do you think WWE & TNA refuse to push certain women

it just depends on whether or not their pushes work
every woman you listed with the exception of Layla, who is yet to have a singles push on her own, i guess this association with Michelle can be classed as a push...as she is no longer completely irrelevant...but i digress
Gail, Katie and Jillian as well as Alicia have all had their own single pushes...and clearly they didnt do what was expected, and management chose not to continue it.
ie Gail's first divas title push against Mickie, once that truly bad performance happened, she was pushed aside *even if it wasnt totally her fault*, Katie had a push for the womens title as soon as she debuted against Mickie but they didnt click *story of most of Mickies opponents lifes*, so the push was dropped, Alicia and Jillian both where pushed against Melina and Mickie, and both times they didnt work out well...so again their pushes stopped...the same can be said with Kelly, who was pushed against Maryse...it didnt work
every current diva other then the Bellas and Layla have been pushed for a title, and only a few actually impress...or so it seems

Actually LL mickie vs. Katie was dropped because WWE wanted Beth back into the title picture so that Beth could take the title off of Mickie so that Beth could feud with a returning Candice.......that's the real story there.

Mickie needed an opponnt for Night of Champions, Katie was available, they didn't want to bury Beth because they needed her for when Candice returns, So they fed Melina to Beth and fed Katie to Mickie, giving both enough momentum heading into Summer Slam where Beth took the title away from Mickie so that Candice can return and FAIL.

yah that and Mickie has bad chemistry with everyone

All kidding aside I think LL is on to something, that could be. But I wish they will give the girls like Gail, Alicia, Katie more of a chance, not just 2 week pushes.

the problem i feel with Raw is that they base there entire devision off two divas Melina and Maryse...the rest of the divas are just there to fill in the spot whenever one of them decides to pull out the "injury prone" card

LL you have said a lot of things that I agree with.

I also think that wwe thinks that Katie, Jillian, and Gail etc are not as marketable as Kelly, Melina, and Mickie.. I mean I think they are great wrestlers but to wwe they lack the look that they like I guess. It sucks that they will rarely if ever get pushed and when they do they always lose.. Gail should be Diva's champ right now and Katie or Jillian should be the champ after her if it was based on skill. But no they choose to give it to the same people Maryse to Melina and probably back again. Gets boring and redundant.

I'm not saying that they dont fit the "Smary.SEXY.Powerful" description, but for most ppl G, J, Ka are not as attractive as Me, Ma, Mi, Ke, B...and as the divas these days arent big drawing power when it comes to actual wrestling shows *this is arguably a main reason as to why matches are short, ppv matches are limited, and a lack of depth in storylines **most specifically Raws devision** are evident * i digress, as they arent big drawing powers from a wrestling perspective, cos lets face it we wont be seeing divas action main eventing a Raw or SD, like ppl bang on about Lita and Trish doing...WWE need more facially attractive girls to be at the fore front of their devision
