News this'll bring music to my daughter's ears : "Alvin and the Chipmunks 3" has been announced and, get this Charisma, it'll be in hippy-hoppy-silly-billy-fun-factory 3-D!
The flick, due for release December 13 2011, may or may not end up starring Jason Lee... depending on how well things are looking for the former "My Name is Earl" star come years' end.
