Report: Batista Furious Over Triple H Getting New Film Role

We reported earlier that WWE issued a press release noting that Triple H will be starring in a new WWE Studios film titled "Killing Karma" which will begin shooting in the near future.

PWInsider.com is reporting that the lead role was initially supposed to go to Batista, however, WWE made the decision to replace him with Triple H. It's being said that when Batista learned that he was being replaced by HHH, he became furious over the news as acting is what he wants to focus his future on when he leaves wrestling.

"Batista wants to be a movie star," a source was noted as saying.

As we have reported in the past, Batista has been telling people that he does not intend to wrestle in WWE for too much longer, and that he might likely quit the business when his current deal expires. When this happens, he wants to focus mainly on acting.

I liked Batista's movie with RVD felt he did very good

i guess they figure Batista will be retiring on his own accord, so why use that as a way to get him off the show, when him reitiring will do it

Well, no wrestler that has done a movie has been superb. Rock has had the most success, but, he isn't a great actor, though. So, if Thousands of others can try, then why can't he?

if his goal is acting, get his over-muscled ass off my WWE tv, then. otherwise, stop crying over a movie role. you work for a "wrestling" company..meaning they pay you to wrestle..not act. big baby making movies is a bonus...you dont get a role you wanted, so what? that's not what your paycheck is for. otherwise go make movies and leave WWE..atleast then i have the option of whether or not i want to deal with you lol
