Though he was written off of television for several weeks before returning Monday night on iMPACT!, Samoa Joe was still collecting a paycheck from TNA. He's one of the few younger wrestlers under a guaranteed contract, meaning he's being paid whether he's used or not. There were some weight issues. We'll have more on this shortly but Joe wasn't pleased.
-- TNA booker Vince Russo has been telling people backstage that he's 'burnt out'. TNAWrestlingNews.com is reporting that many people backstage have pointed out that it's no coincidence that ratings are down with backstage heat on him mounting and now he's suddenly 'burnt out' and wants time off. It's a topic of discussion backstage for sure.
