Mickie James and Katie Lea Released

Well, it came as a shock to Mickie and she had stated awhile back that she wasn't retiring anytime soon so it was still shocking to see her get released like that.

i didnt think they'd cut her. as popular as she is...regardless of how unhappy she is, she did bring in money for them as being one of their top ladies. I never thought WWE would cut her. i figured she'd leave on her own accord and get some big retirement match or w/e.

Exactly Vix, that's what I thought was gonna happen with the Piggie James storyline, that Mickie and Michelle would have one last match, if Mickie lost she'd leave WWE forever, something along those lines

WWE people say she was fired for holding up other Smackdown Wrestlers on a bus during the UK tour cause she was always showing up late.

So not shocking since she been warned a few times.

still she is one of their top divas

a few of their males have had issues with WWE mangement (ex. Orton) and are still employed because WWE knows they'd be dumb to release them.

I'm just surprised.

Even if that's true I highly doubt that's the only reason she was released. You really can't believe every single thing you read, even Mickie stated that on Twitter because there were so many rumors about her retiring

they said there was warning before this one alot of them to her over weight loss and her attitude.

Ain't saying they are all true or not. But that's what people in the company been telling people her being late was the last straw with them.

I dunno, I don't believe most of the shit on sites, that's another reason why I like Twitter because the superstars and divas who have an account can tell you what's true and what's not true

i remember seeing Katie Lea on Fort Boyard in the UK lol.....i hope they both have success in their chosen paths

i don't think Mickie will go to TNA. she has accomplished a lot in her career so she might just move onto her music permanently. Katie Lea will most definitely go to TNA since they will actually use her. the divas who are definitely safe are Michelle and Natalya and probably Beth and Tiffany. Gail might be ok since WWE went to a lot of trouble to get her back. Alicia could be fine since Trish likes her. Melina could be on the fence after all those tweets

the main safe divas are Michelle, Beth, Natalya, Vickie, Layla and Tiffany and Eve and Maryse...the rest all have some chance of going

Melina is safe I think.

I am a little surprised about Mickie since she's the most over diva but I'm sure it has to do with her album coming out next month. We'll see what she says. I thought Jillian would be released over Katie though but damn, that's 2 good women wrestlers gone.

This isn't a "shock" or "sad", but, it's still weird how they throw these freaks away like that. I saw things regarding Mickie's leave, but when I read somewhere that they also released, what, three others, along with that Katie Lea, that was kind of like, wow, whatever.

Eh, Now Mickie can focus on her amazing her music career.
