Raw Divas Disscusion (Viewers Choice - idea being used loosely)

most will know that Raw is 3 hours next week, and is being billed as the viewers choice

so i thought it would be a good way to get some discussions going on what your choice would be, and discuss with others about their choices etc.

atm im TRYING to explain to some whacked out Nattie fan on the universe about how Nattie v Layla for the title, with Nattie winning, is going to make fuck all sense...even if WWE litterally went with the viewers choice *which we know they wont*, WWE still choose the winners, so basically Layla fans would end up getting ear ache, because WWE arent going to ruin a bruing storyline on SD by having Nattie go over Layla....some fans are mental

anyways my personal choice, or more so what i really expect to happen is Eve v Layla/LayCool champ v champ/s

Tamina vs nattie in a ladder match

winner gets a title match

^That will be nice.

It will probably be some lame bikini contest.

i really want some form of battle royal. and with the amount of divas out fo action/valeting it wont be nearlly as much of a cluster fuck as normal

i only say i want taht cos other then the raw divas, theres hardly ever a battle royal, the SD divas like Layla, Michelle and Tiffany havent had much of a chance yet

so yeah......erm BUMP THIS. and we can use this as the Raw diva discussion (i will edit the title)

i just found a neat idea, have a Champ v Champ match Layla v Eve, the loser has to defend their title in a battle royal later in the night, or have that match, and have a number one contenders match say if Eve lost, have Gail v Maryse, and the winner of the faces Eve

I just saw the Battle Royal, Figured Maryse was going to win to give her momentum in her feud with Eve. The Battle royal wasnt all that tbh. I loved Gail and Alicia's double elimination, the only good thing about it.

Eve's hair looked amazing. She should keep it like that.

It will have been cool to see Jillian elminate Maryse after pretending to celebrate with her. lol

this could lead to a Jillian face turn who knows...although that would leave Alicia and Maryse as the only heels

Was it just me or did Eve take a couple seconds to even get out of the ring when she was eliminated? It's seriously so simple to get in and out of the ring, even Kelly and Rosa can do that.

Aside from that it wasn't bad at all. I knew Maryse would win and I think it's obvious she's getting that belt back. Like I said, Eve is only filler til Melina comes back, that's why they're keeping this Eve/Maryse feud going.

And off topic LL but I knew that was you in the chat. :P I got a "LOVE YOU MINDY" which I'm already used to, that was my only comment to get through but I was content.

I'm only saying something because she couldn't even get in the ring the night she had to make a save. Hell, even Kelly did just fine doing that Saturday night when she made a save. Eve just annoys me and I doubt that'll ever change :

Anyways, i love when people just sit here and be picky about people. It makes me giggle inside. Aww, can't wait for seabicuit to be back.

Anyways not the most enjoyable Battle Royal, but it's been a while so meh. I enjoyed Alicia & Gail, Tiffany and the Maryse-Jillian part near the end. Jilian has good comedic timing. It was hilarious seeing her celebrate with Maryse.

Kelly and Layla came off looking really bad in this match. layla may have been doing some ok-ish tag and singles matches. I really didn't enjoy her at all in here. Which is sad because she was getting to be ok-ish. Her strikes wear weird, her timing was awefull, she was just really akward overall and came off looking weak. And i don't blame booking, she was booked to do some pretty dominating stuffs, it just didn't come off looking good on her part.

Kelly was by for the worse in this. Layla's timing was bad, but Kelly's was just god awefull. Forgetting to sell Michelle's kick, while waiting for Layla, she was just really bad.

One thing i did notice, layla alone.....stands out ...Layla in a group of Divas..doesn't come off looking any better then any of them. She didn't come off looking better then Eve, Kelly, The Bellas or Tiffany. She looked as weak as them.

Michelle.....you could see she is over doing it....which is why i don't enjoy her playing this character at all. Layla pulls it off, Michelle comes off forced.

lol your right in that Layla didnt do very well, she had some ok timing, like she managed to push of Kelly to eliminate Kelly, and her dropkick when she eliminated a Bella was ok too...but eh the poor girl aint been in a battle royal since Summerslam 09, the Raw divas have buckets loads of experince in them haha.

best part of the match was the ending, like seriously

I hope That dont happen, becasue I dont think Maryse should get the title yet a 3rd time in less then 2 years, and I dont want to see her bury Melina, we know thats going to happen if Melina goes back to Raw, and I hope Melina goes back to Smackdown and takes out LayCool and takes the womens title. I will like to see Alicia get pushed. Quite frankly Im sick of both Maryse and Michelle.

Janine, Maryse won't bury Melina. Whenever someone comes back from an injury they always get a push. If Maryse wasn't getting the belt back again Eve would've already moved on to Alicia or even Jillian but my guess is they want Maryse to have the belt when Melina returns to take it from her so they're dragging this Eve/Maryse feud out

They're very high on Maryse for her gimmick I guess, can't be because of her talent. The same can be said for Michelle on SD, same crap has happened only with her I think there's a different reason which I won't go into but I'm sure you know what I mean

I agree about Michelle, but IMO Maryse is in the same boat, she just hasn't been around as long as Michelle, and has been injured twice to break her away from the title picture. At least when Maryse won the title from Michelle, Michelle engaged in a fued with Maria and Gail, while Gail faced Maryse for the championship, even though it was a short lived fued.

And btw Minterz, next week I'll hopefully see you in the live discussion. I hope my comments get through, I was reading through a few weeks of live chats, and her comments just made me smile, despite her "HEE HEE HEE" being annoying lol.

Ever since Maryse won her first divas championship, she has been involved in every fued involving the title, minus the time when she was injured. NOONE has had a title shot for that title if Maryse wasn't champion and was active.

Sorry but we had Alicia-Mickie & Alicia-Melina in between .........just throwing that out there. I believe Alicia even got a PPV match out of it.

The Undertaker situation is completly diffrent. Undertaker works mostly the 4 major PPV's. And always make sure he is on Mania. He usually rests up for mania. But how many WWE Championship matches has taker had at Wrestlemania??? If he is always main eventing don't you think it's weird he hasn't really main evented almost any wrestlemania the last few years? And the only reason why the last one was the Main event was because HBK's Career was on the line. And EVEN THEN they were debating IF it should main event.

In 2008 he wrestled Edge for the Championship, the PPV after he lsot to edge and since then he had a mid card feud with Big Show, No Mercy, Cyber Sunday & Survivor Searies, he didn't main event any PPV or was in ANY championship matches until Elimination Chambers since he is "one of the big 6 names on Smackdown" . All that time CM Punk, Jeff Hardy, Batista & Edge were main eventing Smackdown.

While Undertaker was in a feud, non title, non main event feud with Big Show, his last championship match was against Edge in July or whatever and it was the last time he main evented a PPV as well. He would only be involved in a championship match at Elimination Chambers damn near december and that lead to him being in the rumble and having an epic match against HBK in 2009, which btw....wasn't a main event match either.

SO to say Undertaker takes long breaks and then is back in the main event is insane....he doesn't main event mania and between then and when he makes his summer return he main events 1 to 3 PPV....mostly 2.

by main event i dont just completely mean main event ie last match on a ppv card....he is always in huge high profile fueds.

just like Melina, Michelle, Beth, Mickie, Maryse were/are/will always bee in high profile diva feuds

oh oh your wrong there..another reason ppl dislike Michelle, is that when she was injured, she was still champion...the way i see it, sure she didnt wrestle for like 2 months, other then ppvs, but she prolly couldve done, and they didnt want to risk Michelle, cos if they did make her wrestle more she COULDVE injured herself worse. where as when Maryse, Melina, Beth all got injured, there injury to begin with was very serious, and required near enough immediate surgery, which is the main reason why they dropped their title and MIchelle didnt

Um that was the first, time , and she wasn't champion when she got injured. The injury wasn't that severe and rested up and the desicion was made to keep her wrestling. Which she did until the injury became worse 6 months later.

I hope your comments do get through, it's best to get in there before Raw starts, that's when you have the best chance at getting comments through. If her comments on there made you smile just look at all her comments on twitter, she's seriously the sweetest woman and always responds to her fans, even follows them. I think her HEE HEE HEE is cute :P

As for this whole debate, how about you guys agree to disagree. Maryse and Michelle have basically been in every title feud and storyline, tis a fact

the only thing about chat Melina i detest is her god damn caps...it gives me migranes -_-

LOL, a few people have asked her why she types in caps, they ask her why she's yelling and she always goes "Oh, you'll know when I'm yelling." I think it makes her stand out

It was obvious from the beginning that Layla is the real champion. I'm happy it was a battle royal because there was more talent in the ring and I really didn't want to see Layla try to make Eve look good because it wouldn't be possible

They had a really decent match on Smackdown, showing that they had good chemistry together. And they have both improved since then.

@ Kevin, Maryse defeated Michelle for the title then a week later dislocated her knee, and she didn't make an appearence until a three weeks later. And then she didn't get back into the ring until a month after that.

That was when Eve wasn't botching though, ever since she's been on Raw she's gone downhill

Nah, I really don't think it's Maryse. Their ppv match was fine but aside from that Eve hasn't been good. She's the champ and she needs to start stepping it up. I got pissed at Maryse for doing the same thing when she was champion, all she would do was her one move of doom but I guess that's how her character works at the moment. I think some of the blame can go on Raw itself because it seems like everyone always does better on SD then when they go to Raw they're pretty much fucked because they don't get as much time in the ring.
